I've been going to origin physical therapy since my second trimester of pregnancy, and throughout the postpardum period (our little one is now 3 months) and have had the most stellar experience. I started off seeing Caroline, who always made me feel so welcome. She is the definition of 'there are no stupid questions' and gave me all the tools I needed to deal with everything from pregnancy hemorrhoids to postpartum pelvic pain and diastasis recti. After transitioning to Conchita after Caroline's maternity leave - Conchita helped ensure I had all the information necessary for each of my (sometimes embarrassing) questions. I'm excited to take the tools I've learned here and continue to heal during this period of transition. Because of origin, I not only feel great in my body again, but I've experienced minimal symptoms pelvic floor, and surrounding lol, post birth issues - and when they have come up, have been immediately addressed. Would recommend origin to anyone curious about their pelvic floor, or wanting to make sure that everything is as it should be.

Bellaire Airrosti love you…read more Dr Alex is amazing. I had the stiff neck really really bad and day one I felt so much better and I must say the exercises were a bit painful in the beginning. But, as my muscles loosened everything felt much better. Three visits and all is great. I'm truly amazed. He even checked in on me to see how I was feeling. I'm happy that's this office opened close to my home and my office. Thank you so much

After three back surgeries over a course of nearly 30 years and frequent relapses into the hell of…read moreback pain, I thought that I had exhausted all modalities of treatment. But on the recommendation of a good friend who is a trainer of men and women "of a certain age", I decided to give Airrosti a chance to address my back problems. My antennae were up when I learned that Airrosti practitioners are chiropractors. My experience with chiropractors in the past two decades had resulted in aggravation to the injuries for which I'd sought treatment. I was reluctant to subject myself to skeletal manipulation and the recent fad amongst chiropractors-the drop table. I was able to get in to see Dr. Escamilla at the Bellaire, Texas Airrosti location. Dr. E explained to me the way in which Airrosti therapy differs from conventional chiropractic treatment and remedies available through orthopedic surgeons, neuro surgeons and other practitioners of mainstream medicine. If you are suffering from an ailment that is bone related, it will likely show up on X-ray or an MRI. What isn't visible through radiography is damage to soft tissue, i.e., muscle, fascia, ligaments and tendons. My diagnosis from radiography was that there was nothing visible to which my incapacitating pain could be ascribed. My debilitating pain was not psychosomatic. Even an M.D. with the highest credentials couldn't ascertain what the cause was. Based on my symptoms and the way I winced when when he touched me in areas that hurt, Dr. Escamilla said that my suffering was likely from deep muscle and fascia strain. There is one modality of treatment which no conventional physician charged with the curing of patients seems to use, other than to diagnose- be it enlarged prostate or a lump in the breast or elsewhere. That is touch. The manipulation of a painful part of one's body by hands that are trained to address maladies is beneficial for those who may be suffering from them. Airrosti employs the simple modality of touch to diagnose and treat pain. There's no cutting or popping or sticking or flopping one's body on a drop table for noise, smoke, mirrors and zero effect. I left Dr Escamilla's office in less pain and, most importantly, with renewed hope that after many dollars, many pain shots, bottles of pills that stupefied me, there is hope that my severe pain might finally be beneficially addressed.

I saw Dr. Sierra and Valencia while there, and I can't sing their praises enough! Their work, education and support have changed my life. Because of them, I can move freely again- something I realized I hadn't been doing for YEARS. They taught me the correct body mechanics and made me feel amazing. I have now joined a gym and am working out with confidence. However, what has really been life changing is that before I worked with them, I didn't think I would be able to keep up with a baby and had put off pregnancy. Dr. Sierra and Valencia helped me strengthen and correct my body so well that I am now on a pregnancy journey! I am now seeing Dr. Najah for pelvic floor therapy (also at Sterling!) who has already taught me so much in 2 sessions. I love going to PT, and have so much fun laughing with the girls. They play good music and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. It's a relaxing, happy environment. Desiree at the front desk is also a gem- always happy to help and smiling. She and everyone at this location have made me feel so cared for. I have worked in rehab facilities in the past as a speech therapist, and know how monotonous and dreary they can be. I scheduled with Dr. Dean Smith via UT Physicians. Pre-visit I called on a Friday, and had an appointment the following Monday. I had 4 phone calls, and the emails to confirm my appointment. Either the system doesn't update more than once a day, or scheduling my appt one business day prior to the event just really messed with their confirmation process. Not a bad thing, I know they were expecting me. They let you fill out your medical history via a link beforehand. Super easy, and less time consuming during your appt. Visit As usual, I arrived 45 minutes early. This worked in my favor because they saw me earlier as well. My intake took about 10 minutes. They just reviewed what I had entered to confirm, within 20 minutes I had my x-rays done, and with 30 minutes I had completed my visit with the surgeon. And had a tentative diagnosis. They referred me for an MRI, to confirm, and I'll be back soon. Overall Excellent customer service from scheduling to check out. Virtually no wait, likely because I'm a first in the morning type of patient. Everyone was super nice, and I look forward to continuing my care with them for this issue.

Caring doctor that gave me my life back!…read more When I met Dr. Loftus I had already seen three neurologists before. They all gave me the same exact treatment regimens and then when I failed the answer was always the same "Just try to learn to live with your migraines". A nurse friend of mine raved about Dr.Loftus. At this point I was about seven years into chronic daily migraine. My life revolved around them. I didn't drive because I was scared I would have a migraine attack and not be able to see. If I did go out I had to make sure I had medication with me just in case. I knew to be in bed at a certain time before the migraines would hit. When I got to Dr.Loftus I was hopeful at the fact he didn't seem phased by the previous medications not working or anything the previous doctors had said. He is always on top of his research and knows everything about the newest migraine options. He always had a plan regarding medications and never gave up on me or never referred me elsewhere. He also would always find ways for me to save on super expensive migraine meds. Once he even walked over to the pharmacy with me and got them to honor a coupon code! It took a long time but I finally got to a place where I never thought I would be. I figured at best maybe I could have a migraine four days a week that wasn't excruciatingly painful. Thanks to Dr. Loftus's persistence and care I got much better than that. Currently I have a headache maybe once or twice a week and it's bearable. I can drive without worrying and it's really nice to not have to carry migraine meds with me anymore. I am grateful to have Dr. Loftus's care and I would happily recommend him to any fellow migraine sufferer.

My roommate found me seizing on the floor with blood pouring out of my mouth. I called the office to schedule an appt this week, obviously it was an emergency, and Dr. Loftus is the only one who knows my medical history. It had been over a year and a half, and the doctor said he would not see me because I did not see him regularly. This shows a lack of care for patients, and I am disappointed and distressed when really all I needed was help from my doctor.
