So, I ordered off the online order menu for delivery. Shrimp n scallops in garlic sauce ..among other items..once it came shrimp n scallops was SPICY..on the website it was not marked or specified..called them to ask if it was supposed to be spicy..they tried to tell me I ordered from a different place and called the wrong number...said a manager would call back..they knew my order, but funny said I was wrong..very rude establishment for not admitting they were wrong..not to mention 45 minutes to get the wrong food..and it was cold and the other items SUCKED.. We tried here last night since it was a little closer to our house and the Wok & Roll can be hit or miss. I definitely am glad we tried it. It wasn't the best Chinese food but the lo mein and beef and veggies beat out of the competition around here. We also ordered the bourbon chicken but we weren't as impressed. Probably the best Chinese takeout in the Dundalk area - and I'm qualifying this very specifically for Dundalk. I've tried basically all the Chinese takeouts in the area and this is my favorite. Decent Chinese carryout...it was hard to get service for a good two minutes...everybody was listening to some old dude explain that he could hypnotize people to make then stop smoking. Once I did get service is was friendly and my order was prepared promptly. I got a chef's special General Tso's chicken and let me tell you...that was a lot of food. my job made a large order from this place, I got the bourbon chicken with white rice and crab rangoons. The bourben chicken was more sweet and sour and little chicken, it had mushrooms, broccoli and carrots - never had that in bourbon chciken before. It was like they ran out and added fillers. I wish I could review this place less than 1 star... I tried ordering food online, I made a mistake and called the restaurant immediately, I was told they couldn't fix that mistake but I had read online that cards were charged in store, not online, so there shouldn't have been any way my card had been charged yet or anything. It took about 10 minutes to fix this issue, I probably should have just cancelled my order at that point... The order went through and we got the food... We spent $40... The food we got was overcooked, cold, and the bourbon chicken I ordered only had about 6 pieces of chicken in it.... I called and asked for a refund, I was told they wouldn't refund me.... I didn't pay $40 to not get what I paid for... I asked to replace the food and she refused.... I argued with the woman until she said that she would refund me but I had to bring her the food... I had no way to get there, I ordered delivery for a reason, I told her to send someone to get the food and to refund my money before that happened because I sure as hell didn't trust them to refund me after they already had the food back.... She refused to send someone, she then proceeded to scream at me, and even called my friend a PIECE OF SHIT when I gave the phone to him. After about a half hour of arguing with this psycho who cursed at my friend and refused to transfer me to a boss or give me her name, they finally sent someone to pick up the food... I have a reciept saying they refunded me... but I haven't even received a pending transaction in my bank account yet. Also, the woman implied to me that she planned to resell the food she was taking back so... that's pretty disgusting too... I will never ever order from this establishment again. Solid quickie Chinese delivery. Their menu contains all the usual suspects: egg foo young, sweet and sour such and thus, Szechuan, Hunan pork/shrimp/beef, etc. And they're all good! I'm pretty sure it's loaded with msg but as long as you're not allergic, you're A-OK. They'll always say 45 minutes for delivery but it'll arrive faster. Always warm and delicious. And if you order more than $20 worth of food they usually throw in a yummy freebie. Egg rolls are my own personal metric for quality of a Chinese delivery joint and I can honestly say that these are the best I have had. So, if you've got a craving for some awesome Chinese delivery, give them a call. You won't regret. read more

First time ordering and did so inside the establishment....HORRIBLE. We ordered (2) orders of the 2 eggrolls so 4 eggrolls and one dinner which comes with an eggroll a total of 5 eggrolls. I asked kindly for extra hot mustard. We were told 10 minutes. We waited perhaps 20. Received order with 2 hot mustards, my husband asked for extra and she stated there was more inside the brown bag where the food was. Got home....one sauce in the bag, thanks! And missing (2) eggrolls. I called back to let them know and she couldn't even figure out our order and who I was. We had just left and we were the only people in there. I said nevermind we would never be returning. Horrible customer service, bad first impression and my husband said the General Tso's wasn't very good. I wouldn't eat their food after the mishap so no dinner for me. I even said at the store it was our first time eating there. I think I would have tried to make a better impression. Ordered my meal at 4pm by 4:19pm was ready to pick up meal was well made and was very felling not bad pricing for such a large meal. Will definitely try other meals on their menu. They have several ways to pay including paypal. So give it at try. read more

My boyfriend and I have been living in Dundalk Village for going on four years. We have walked passed this restaurant more than two dozen times, and would promptly forget that it existed. We finally tried it this past Wednesday and I think we found our new go-to-Chinese spot. We got SO MUCH food for $40 that we ate it for dinner twice in a row, and I'm still working on the leftovers. Everything was delicious. The hot and sour soup is perfectly spiced, with great texture and a thick broth that sticks to your spoon. The pork egg foo young comes drenched in a wonderful gravy that is a delight to itself, and the egg patties are incredibly satisfying. I am picky when it comes to egg rolls, but these were fried crisp and reminded me what a good egg roll should taste like. I haven't even finished my pepper steak and onion yet, but I am already looking forward to the new time we order from this place! read more

Burbon chicken seemed like it had been sitting out for days. There were probably 8 pieces of chicken in that mess all together. The chicken fried rice was dry (also seemed old). The saving grace was the beef teriyaki. It was a little like jerky, but the flavor was good. I ordered at 1030 and they close at 11 so that probably played a big part in the food being so meh. The food is really good, prices are reasonable, and the delivery is really fast. However.... don't order shrimp dishes. I just got 5 shrimp and a bowl of onion, as "hunan shrimp". This is the second time I've been disappointed. The first order was a lunch special so I assumed it was a small portion for a small price. Nope. Full price dish is the same serving size. F this place, man. I will never, ever go back. I ordered the cashew chicken and it was absolutely the worst I've ever had. There was hardly ANY chicken- it was mostly baby corns. I filled up an entire bowl of baby corns. I hate baby corns. We also ordered the shrimp lo mien, specifically asked for it to be spicy and wetter than usual as low and behold: it wasn't. I called to complain about the cashew chicken- she just told me what it was. Thanks lady: I'm aware. Very disappointed. It used to be the best around but something has changed. This place the food was so nasty not even the dogs would eat it. When called to get fixed they would not fix there mistakes as we also did not get all our food. Spoke to manager and was told only way they would fix is by charging extra. One and only time ordering here. Ordered chicken box for myself and was only like 10 fries in box. Was an extra 20.00 to try and get food. Unless you want to pay double for nasty food don't order here. Manager is rude and could care less if you get what you ordered. After ordering from this place for years they forgot the pu pu platter and the brown rice. I called to hopefully get the food but the woman said it wasn't part of the order and for me not to worry about the brown rice they gave me white rice for free. We argued back and forth but I couldn't say anything since they didn't give my mother a receipt. I asked how it could be over $40 without the pu pu. Our most favorite asin food! We love it & they have hot n sour soup that rocks. If there's a dish you want them to spice up.......no problem. Like their lo mein. Love love love the way they make The General Tso. I'd recommend the frid dumplins. I even love their white rice. It's the best. We used to eat here often but in the last few years they've gone down hill. Tonight I picked up a carry out. I was there before the food was ready. A small shrimp & broccoli, General Tso chicken combo with fried rice & wonton. 3 shrimp in a bowl of 12 broccoli. The chicken was very dry, both had the bare minimum of sauce & everything was just Luke warm esp the soup. I just don't understand it. This isn't the only bad order we've had. As far as a a Chinese Delivery this place is great. I've never had anything bad from here yet. Love their steamed dumplings, crab rangoon, and Kung Pao chicken. If you don't like water chestnuts and bamboo shoots they won't add them if you ask. And they're pretty quick with the delivery. Just remember, I'm not saying if you order from here your gonna get food as authentic if you were in Bangkok, but it's great Chinese-American take-out! read more

if i could give no stars at all this place would been one of them. it's horrible never ever order from this place on Feb 18, 2014 i ordered food from this place at 1838hrs and by 2100hrs the food did not come. i went to the restaurant and when i told them that my food has not came they said "sorry, so sorry" its on the way but i was in person. they was not going to refund my money back to me but i called the police and they did. after 10 mins if arguing with these people the delivery guy calls me and says "you make order for chinese" i not help but laughed amd hung up. 2hrs 23mins my food comes. be aware dont order food from here at all. after i got a refund i went to another chinese food place and ordered the same thing and it was cheaper by 4.78 this chinese place is a rip off. read more

This is my local Chinese restaurant and I've gotten take-out many times throughout the years. The restaurant is under new ownership by a new Chinese family and the quality of the food has sharply declined. I've given the new ownership many chances by ordering food from them but they continue to disappoint me. 1) I personally saw them microwaving food to heat it up for a customer. When they should have properly cooked it. The looks on their face said it all. Something tells me this wasn't the first time. 2) Sometimes you will receive lukewarm food. 3) The taste of the food is a hit or miss, most times its a miss. Spicy food not spicy and sour food not sour. 4) When ordering food over the phone they don't even bother to ask for your name which would help to avoid confusion when picking up food, instead they go by phone number. 5) Overall, I strongly recommend people avoid this Chinese restaurant especially because the new ownership cuts corners and lowered the standard of quality.
