That's amazing food ever took from a restaurant. Fast and friendly service. Sunday evening around 9:00 9:30 they are still serving. Thanks for an amazing dinner. Highly recommended 5 star

My husband and I have ordered Chinese from here on a few different occasions. It is very close to my work so it is a convenient stop to get takeout on my way home. The first time I ordered Kung Pao Chicken. What impressed me about the dish was that it was loaded with a variety of vegetables and real slices of tender chicken! It was a very large entree, despite being a little pricy but leftovers always seem to make it a worthwhile purchase. My one complaint was that the sauce had very little flavor - it tasted one note to me. My most recent order was Mongolian Chicken - I allowed my husband to choose and this was decided based on the employees recommendation when my husband called to order. Again, a nice amount of chicken and vegetables that were crisp and cooked well but the sauce still was not as flavorful as I had hoped. It was a step up from the first dish but I could use more flavor! This place will continue to have our support due to location, friendliness of employees, and freshness of dishes.

Fast, fresh, and delicious. I asked for 10/10 on the spice factor and they delivered.

We were longtime customers at China Palace and were sad when the closed early this year, then frustrated that we couldn't find a reasonably priced similar place close enough for pickup/delivery that also had a dine-in option. The hostess at Asian Palace told me they opened about 2 weeks ago. The service was stellar and the food was delicious. If anything, the service might have been a trifle too fast - we got our entrees before we'd even finished our soup! In addition to traditional Chinese dishes, they also have a Thai menu. We had the Won-Ton soup, Amazing Chicken (which was deep-fried chicken in a slightly sweet brown sauce), fried rice, Crab Rangoon, pork dumplings, and Beef Lo Mein, which was made with peanut sauce - a surprise, but a tasty one. There was also a never-ending bowl of Chinese Chips with duck sauce. The hostess assured us that everything was handmade, not bought frozen, and it certainly tasted like it. Every dish was excellent. The main downside was that the menu didn't have any ingredient lists for the dishes, though the hostess was happy to explain what was in each one. Those with food allergies should ask for detailed explanations, especially since it wouldn't have occurred to me that there might be peanut sauce in the Lo Mein. The hostess explained that they don't currently have a liquor license, but it's on their to-do list. I forgot to get a take-out menu so I don't have their phone number yet, but I plan to fix that soon and will update this post when I do.

The beef was tender, rice noodles were perfectly cooked, and the onion/scallion/bean sprouts were all delicious. Sort of reminded me of a thai drunken noodle dish. I also tried the hot and sour soup. Toast, as a platform, does not factor in how busy a restaurant actually is and gave me a thirty minute estimate. When I arrived about thirty five minutes later, there were six other people waiting and I was told it would be another ten minutes. The inside of Jackie Inn consists of a soda cooler, an ice cream cooler, and several areas to stand and wait, but there is no seating for dining in. On this Friday night, I believe there were seven people working, with six focused on food preparation and one person handling the front. The dominant sounds in the restaurant were woks in constant use, which was actually interesting to watch. In the end, my food was ready about twenty minutes after I arrived. For the first fifteen minutes I was fine with the wait, and I am glad they are busy, but I also did not expect to spend that much of my Friday night there. For dinner, I went with the lemongrass basil chicken while my wife chose the combination lo mein along with a chicken egg roll. The menu described my dish as spicy with broccoli, red bell pepper, lemongrass, basil, and a spicy chili sauce. My wife's lo mein was described as containing flank steak, chicken, prawns, carrots, scallions, onions, and fresh egg noodles. While the container initially looked small, the food ended up filling a fairly large bowl once plated. My dish was good. The chicken was moist and juicy, and I appreciated the generous amount of broccoli and bell pepper. The sauce had good flavor, and I even picked out some lemongrass stalks deeper in the dish, but I did not find it spicy at all. My wife really enjoyed her lo mein. She mentioned that while it costs a couple of dollars more than similar places, she feels it is worth it because the food tastes fresher. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I am happy to see Jackie Inn doing good business, I think the food tastes good, and I know my wife really enjoys it.

We ordered takeout this time, and the overall experience was great. We placed an order online, and everything was very neatly packaged and ready to go when expected. The food even travelled fairly well, such that it was still in good shape after traveling home. The restaurant itself is in a bit of a drab strip mall, but it's generally nicely decorated with colorful signage and a nicely kept interior. In terms of the food, the shrimp spinach dumplings were really nicely done, with lots of flavor and texture. My partner especially enjoyed the barbecue pork bao, which were nicely steamed with a very flavorful filling. The egg tart was good, but not really my thing. It had a bit of a caramelized sugar flavor reminiscent of waffles with syrup. The spicy oil splashed noodles, one of the noodle dishes on the menu, was generally lacking: some nice toppings, but not much flavor. Overall, this is a nice little place that seems to be fairly well run. I suggest going for the dim sum and giving up on expectations for anything on the menu that isn't dim sum. It did look like something out of a movie scene, and it was extremely busy due to it being a Saturday night. Our server was this sweet lady who had tons of large party groups. She got us our water and took our appetizer orders. We got the Vegetable and Shrimp egg rolls, and they are on the larger side, so order 1 if it's just you. My sister and I split it one and were happy with that. The egg rolls come with sweet and sour sauce and a wasabi/horseradish dipping sauce. I could smell it for days; that stuff is so strong. It took a bit to get our orders in, but we were okay with that since we were all catching up with each other. We then placed our orders, and I got the Shrimp and Garlic Sauce meal and which stated it was on the spicier side, but it was a bit mild for my taste. Mind you, I like fiery spice, but it did keep me from sweating. We also got the Beef with mixed vegetables and the beef with string beans. Both dishes were tasty and not too spicy. This is great for people who can not handle too much spice. We were there for a bit, and we paid our bills and were out. The portions are huge, so we all left with boxes. 4 stars for sure!
