When another clerk came out to give me my order, he first apologized for the wait and delay and then thanked me for being so patient and wished me a very good day. I've been exceptionally harsh on the Popeyes franchise because in P-Twon and on the one off Cedar (in Chesapeake), the service is either unprofessional, the place is nasty and more times than not, the food is either overcooked, dry, or just bad tasting and then when you bring it back or complain, you are treated like you're the one that did something wrong.
