The majority of them weren't available on Sundays or just too pricey. I had lost hope, until I received a call from AJ with Deep Clean Houston. AJ is the owner of the establishment. From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business. AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone. He did a walkthrough of my home with me and asked for preferences on how we wanted things cleaned, organized, etc. I was worried for him because he was about to tackle a 3300 square foot home alone, but he wasn't intimidated by it at all. After his assessment, we tried to stay out of his way to let him do his thing. The cleaning was thorough, precise and detailed even though this was only a standard cleaning. It did take him about 6 hours to finish but I knew he was trying to make a good first impression and he also was by himself. My house literally had a makeover and it was very impressive. He brought all of his own supplies and didn't need any help once he got started. When you are paying nearly $300 per hour for organization systems to be set up, why would you want an outcome of numerous plastic grocery bags meticulously folded into triangles? That is part of the puzzling outcome we received along with nicely organized spices among other things. In other areas, top drawers were organized logically while bottom drawers were so jam packed with items that we could not open the drawers. I could go on with the questionable outcomes. We addressed them directly and politely with the owner, Amy Vance, during and after her and her team's visit. She did not seem to grasp that the work was incomplete and deflected. We followed up with a nuanced, respectful e-mail. Amy offered 30 minutes on a different day to return and try to correct the issues. Scheduling, travel, and other commitments made coordinating such a visit impossible for us, but we appreciated the gesture. We did not, however, appreciate the inappropriately emotional nature of her response. The work was helpful to an extent but in the end felt like a money grab and did not align with the quality of work done in their prior smaller projects for us by Eco Modern. Every business has bad days but this outcome was really frustrating as we are very busy. The whole experience defeated the purpose of hiring an organizer we thought was professional. We wish them well but have removed Eco Modern from our trusted vendors.

The new Houston franshise owner, Joe Ali, is a rude ill-mannered child. Closet Factory corporate is aware of how Joe treats his employees and customers but refuses to acknowledge the complaints. Phone calls and emails will go unanswered. There's gaps in the corners and edges weren't trimmed properly. They installed silver hinge caps which didnt match the rest of the hardware. Just flat out refused to fix. Don't believe the 5 star reviews... they're fake or paid. Thank you to Costco for making it right and to The Tailored Closet for finishing the job Closet Factory refused to do!
