I asked a simple question about a dent that I noticed on the front of my refrigerator after they hammered up my old floor tiles. A dent that I, my husband and parents know was not there the night before because we would have noticed it when we were hanging plastic drop cloths on my kitchen cabinets. I feel as though it was very unprofessional that Carl and Amber went directly to Mario after I showed them a picture of a new dent on the front of my refrigerator and they all discussed the situation without my knowledge. Then, Carl and Mario stood their ground together in front of me as the only woman in the room of my own house, accusing me of lying. I only had an innocent question as to if they had a tool that they use that takes out dents. I was thinking about simple ways to fix an inconvenience, but they jumped from A to Z with their reaction. They acted as though I was demanding a new, $5,000 appliance out of them. Carl even stubbornly talked with me and stiffened his body language and demeanor towards me when I first greeted him on the morning of the next day. He got me so upset with his stubbornness and bully-like approach that I started to raise my voice because he refused to listen to my reasoning. The argumentation became so loud that my husband had to cut his business phone call short in the front room of our house to see what was happening. Plus, Mario was even gone for approximately 30 minutes in the late morning on the first day of work (I have Ring camera videos to prove it), leaving his one worker to take care of the kitchen while he was away. The dent incidental could have even taken place during that time?! The contract stated that they would "take every precaution to protect them [furnishings] from damage." Mario and his worker had a cloth tarp draped over the front of the refrigerator, but not the entire front because there was a portion still exposed and not covered for protection. The exposed part is where the dent is located. I found all of this to be immature and unprofessional that two men would side against me in my presence in my own home and treat me like a second class citizen. I even had to stay away from my house for about a third of the time that they were working in my home because of their unwillingness to listen to me. I also was not crazy about the rubber caulking that Mario filled into the open space that they missed with grout along one section of my cabinets by the floor. When I brought it to Mario's attention that the grout was missing, I thought that he understood that I wanted the grout filled into the space like the rest of the baseboards had, not rubber caulking. I love how my floors turned out. They look great. You can tell that it's artisan craftsmanship. But, I have to tell my story on the internet because they all refused to act civil and talk with me sensibly in my home. So, beware that this company may argue with you on incidentals to your personal belongings.

There were so many moving parts and details that went into the design and construction. The electricians, painters, plumbers, etc that were hired by Euro were all so very professional, respectful and qualified. During this 5 month renovation, my husband and I stayed upstairs and while that was a challenge, Euro ensured that our home and our furnishings were cared for and well protected. Euro stands out in their field and it's easy to see why! Just recently, Euro came back to my home to ensure I was happy with the work and that everything was working properly. Charlotte was recommended to me by my one of my previous stagers, who moved out of the DFW area. I looked at a number of stagers, but what I liked about Charlotte initially is that she had her own decorations and furniture. It's common in the DFW area for stagers to rent the furniture, which means they charge multiple month minimums. I have numerous investment properties and when I sell one, I want it to go fast. I don't like paying for time I won't need. I also know that staging is critical to the sales process. Most buyers don't have the imagination to picture what a home could look like when it's empty. Rooms tend to look smaller without some furniture, and flow doesn't seem as natural. Back to Charlotte. After she did the staging, I was more than impressed. It was perfection. I didn't have a single suggestion. She even pointed out things that my contractors had missed, (this was a flip), so I made them come back and fix them. She has a great eye. The place looked fabulous. How fabulous? This house was in Plano, TX, which admittedly is a hot market. However, in 48 hours, we had 55 scheduled showings. In the first 24 hours, we had 4 offers. We were priced fairly, but not too high. The offer we accepted 24 hours after putting it for sale was 6% over asking and in cash with a 7 day close. Think staging with Charlotte Lloyd isn't worth the money? Think again. I sell my homes to make money and staging has always gotten me a higher price and a faster close. And Charlotte is one of the best stagers I've seen.
