The best restaurant I have been to in my entire life! The staff is the friendliest, greeting you with the warmest smiles and remembering what I ordered the time before. My avo-Cabo bowl was sooo good. Fresh, slightly spicy (I opted for the spicy sauce) but very filling. The avocado was plentiful. The sweet potatoes and black beans are a great addition. Delish!! Came in for my first visit to their site on Pine Ridge. Wanted their crab roll that I've had on the truck and I literally dream about, it's that good. Not on the menu- was going to "settle" for the grilled sandwich w avocado, artichoke and a balsamic basil nut cheese and dear John just "happened" to have made some of the crab in prep and thus was able to fulfill my wish. This place really does deserve the 5 stars. The cashier was so nice to recommend the addition of the chicken curry to the vegan grilled sandwich and it made it THAT much better. We also ordered the mung bean salad and wow!! So many flavors, textures, and perfect combinations with the crunchy tortilla chips, the fresh greens and carrots, and the creamy cilantro sauce. One can really tell this food is made with love. Not to mention the love put into the decorations with so many beautiful plants and art. This truck is hands-down the best in the area, not only for the whole organic food truck concept but also for the fact that it tastes exponentially better than its competitors. For organic food, the prices are extremely reasonable, and for food as good as what you receive, I'd gladly pay more. I'm not sure how the other reviewer struggled to find the truck, as they have a website with their locations for the week with an interactive map and everything. I advise to check there first and avoid the headache mentioned. My personal recommendation is the Avo-Loco salad, which is honestly the best salad I've ever had in my life even though it's vegetarian. I mean, who doesn't love anything with avocado and roasted sweet potatoes involved though? OT is one of my favorite food trucks in the SW Florida area. I usually catch them at Fort Myers Brewery's (shameless local craft beer plug!) Thursday night food truck rally. As a sometimes/mostly vegetarian I usually reserve my carnivore cravings for when I eat out. However, with OT's great vegan/veg friendly menu I don't have to! I usually get the delicious Avo-Loco in a wrap, extra spicy. It usually fills me up and pairs well with FMBC's High 5 IPA. If you want some meaty goodness their blue crab and chicken dishes are also delicious as well. I like to spread the love at the food truck rally but seem to come back to OT more than the others. I love the food at the Organically Twisted food truck. We have visited them twice at the courthouse farmers market on Fridays. The farmers market is there from 11-2 and this food truck is worth a visit, even if that is the only reason you go there. Neither of us are vegan or even vegetarians but the food is just so good. I have had the crab salad bowl both times I went. The crab is so fresh and good. The greens are delicious and the tomatoes are kissed by the sun....the best tomatoes I have had since moving to Florida. I can't say enough about the quality of their food. So glad I finally tried this place for lunch! I ordered the OT grilled sandwich and it was delicious. It came with a fairly large side salad with really fresh veggies and a tasty dressing that I also used to dip the sandwich in. I ordered the pineapple CBD kombucha as well and it was really yummy. I have a bit of a cold and couldn't taste everything 100%, but everything was delicious from what I could tell! This was a delightful little place we stumbled on to thanks to Yelp. The menu consisted of 6 choices of salads (or you could have it as a 'bowl', or wrap). Very healthy and all organic. I got the chicken curry salad on a bed of greens and it was so delicious. They sell bottled water, kumbucha, and bottled ice tea as well.
