Mine turned out thick and uneven, and her gel manicure chipped the very next day. We originally arrived during a busy time and were told to come back at 6:30. When we did, they rushed through both the manicure and pedicure. If they can't take the time to provide proper service, then why give an appointment at that time? The quality did not reflect the price--we paid nearly $200 including tips, and it was absolutely not worth it. I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have driven by this place many times and it always caught my eye. Brand new, seems clean and well…read moremaintained from the outside. I went in a few weeks ago needing my eye brows cleaned up before my vacation. Upon entering there was a dog barking from behind a gate. The lady seemed very nice who owned and operated the salon. She told me to not pet the dog and took me in the back room to do my eyebrow consult. I told her I just needed a very simple clean up. Being a man, who already had nice brows, I had just assumed that meant waxing the unibrow, and any stray hairs that were not part of the brows. I guess I should never assume anything ever again. When she was finished she had completely re shaped my eye brows. My left brow was a decent shape but half of the width it used to be. I'm a big man, with now a tiny eye brow. My right eye brow was a whole centimeter away from where it should have started and was a completely different shape than my left one. I understand that eye brows are to be sisters and not twins, but my two brows weren't even related. The right one as well as being very thin and shorter in length had a VERY high arch to it. I guess I should have showed a picture of what I wanted but I didn't think I needed to because the other salons have waxed my eye brows and got it right. On top of it all, she was $20 for a bad brow wax, other places are far better in the Acton area and are much cheaper. My take away is to avoid this place at all costs. I now have to let my eye brows be bushy and gross until they grow back in before I can get them waxed, and anyone who has had a bad brow job knows that it will take 8-12 weeks to do so. Thank you nouveaux salon for making me look weird on my vacation and for practically the whole summer. Avoid this place!

They started mine at 10:20 , but my sister sat there till 10:35. She asked for some water to take some ibuprofen and suddenly they don't have water, but served someone else bottled water(we didn't mind paying for it if they had offered it) I was done at 10:50 and now waiting on my sister. By 10:58 they were telling her she is done and moving us out the door. $60 each for only 30 minutes. I told the cashier and suddenly his "English is bad." Will not be returning. We felt like they wanted us out the door, to make room for the next suckers paying for a 30minute, $60 pedi. I felt bad for not tipping, and told him he can't take off my extra 20 minutes and tip her from that.

I tried to combat the mess with clear-coat, but it was too late. I was so embarrassed. Everyone around me had sparkly beautiful manis and pedis. There was also an infestation of ants next to the first pedicure chair. The garbages were overflowing. Tools were not sanitized. Gloves were recycled between customers. The sink was filthy. There was a horrible smell. Counters were dusty and dirty along with the UV light machines. I don't like leaving reviews like this, especially for a family business, but I paid $75 for horrible work, horrible polish, and unsanitary conditions. Sorry, and beware.
