Solid mix of hot and cold coffee drinks. Clean, fresh cold brew, and smooth, not-too-sweet chai latte were my favorites. Regular lattes and cafe con leche were also good. Packaging holds up well for delivery or transit to office. #localcoffee read more

Judging only the coffee, depending on who's making it, you get great to amazing coffee. I say that because ever so rarely the technique is missing the mark, but the quality of the bean and the equipment gives a solid baseline that's better than 90% of the competition. I'll keep going back time and time again. Easily one of my top 3 coffee shops in Laredo. Edit: This place has spoiled me. I can't go anywhere else that's okay serving mid coffee. The only question I want them to think about is this: how can I get just 1% better? Much love. Your southern neighbor - Jorge Valadez read more

Organic Man had one of my favorite coffee drinks- Dirty Choconut. It perfectly blends cocoa, coconut milk, a "house made syrup," and espresso. It's magical as in unicorns frolicking on rainbows in tulips. I love when they have the to-go containers so I can stock up! read more

Would not recommend. My husband came out smelling like synthetic cleaner after ordering and taking his coffee to go. In the past the "organic" cookies they sold tasted like this synthetic cleaner, too. Extremely disappointed. We look for the healthiest Organic options and have to pay more to get them but with this synthetic cleaner fragrance permeating the whole space could be compromising the health of the products and customers. If you're into health you know that synthetic fragrances can have detrimental effects to our neurology, endocrine systems, hormones, etc and overall health. This used to be my husband's favorite place to get coffee but now we can't even feel safe going inside. Also, the handsoap in the restroom doesn't seem healthy or paraben or toxin-free. read more

Cute little place to get food coffee. We tried the cafe olla (Mexican style coffee) and it was delicious. I loved all the spices and flavor in it. We also got their nitro draft cold brew which was rich and creamy. Love trying out the local coffees and knowing that they locally roast! read more

Easily one of my favorite coffee places to go when I come to work in Laredo. They have a cortadito that I am in love with and when I want a full cortado...well, even better. I have seen this business grow over the years and I love seeing that this coffee spot is growing and thriving. I especially love the vegan cookie wafers they sell (also in support of "LoveEats" another local vendor). Definitely a necessary stop for me when in Laredo. read more

Came across this cool spot when I was looking for a cup of Joe. They roast there own beans and have a variety of drinks on their menu. Service is friendly and very informative about their coffees. The location has a great atmosphere with seating in the front to relax and enjoy your brew. Enjoyed my Dirty CocoNut and definitely will come back for more. I also purchased a bag of beans to brew at home in CT. read more

This place is exactly what Laredo needed! One of the things I feel Laredo desperately needed was a local consistent coffee shop! Organic Man Coffee Trike provides that! I ordered an iced vanilla latte with an extra shot and it was solid! You can taste the espresso and the milk and vanilla balance were. They have pastries, regular coffee, as well as extra flavors. Let's keep this shop alive, go check it out! It's a lot better than any other chain coffee shop! Support local businesses! read more

Via GoodEatsInSA fb page What a true Java gem in Laredo! The roasted aroma of coffee beans fills the air as you walk into their quaint coffee joint. The selection and choices of coffee styles from around the world are unexpected, but a great way to discover a new favorite way to enjoy coffee and espresso styles. My Vietnamese style beverage chilled was the perfect java drink for my drive back to SA as it was mellow and bright and made with ice pellets (the good I've lol) read more

I forgot to take pictures of our beverages! Ugh! I ordered a chai tea latte. It was delicious, in my opinion. It was a little more on the milkier side but I appreciate that. Some chais tend to be on the spicier side. I can't complain, it was good. My spouse had the Vietnamese coffee, he really liked it and is excited to come back to try other coffees here. I would say that the menu is a little busy, I appreciate the "coffees from around the world " theme but I think that the menu would be easier to read if it were simpler. Just a thought. Prices were very affordable, especially for the quality of drink. Can't beat it. read more

I was passing through Laredo and I'm desperate need of some caffeine. I looked up coffee shops on Google and found this place. I arrived and found that, much like the VW, this is a smaller business. They offer a walk up window or an interior counter to order from. I told the employee that I had never been there and asked them to recommend something. He informed me the Vietnamese Style was popular and that I wouldn't be disappointed, which I absolutely was not. This place is great. The personnel are polite and professional, the menu offers something for anybody, and atmosphere is awesome. I will absolutely return here if I come back through. read more

I was in town for training and needed a serious pick me up. I try to support local businesses when I am able to do so. I walked in and place is cute and has a nice set up of bag roasted coffee beans. I ordered a 16 ounce iced Vietnamese coffee and a 20 ounce choconut for my colleague. I thought my coffee was smooth and just what I needed. My colleague said his was good as well. Service was good and staff friendly. 4 stars for the steep prices which is understandable but, was surprised when total came out to over $13 for the order. I ordered them without speciality milk or additional espresso etc so just seemed kinda pricey. Overall good experience! read more

The first thing I'd like to point out is this little coffee shop has milk alternatives (soy, almond, coconut, and oat)! I really enjoyed their Mexican spiced coffee (cafe de olla) - it had a super interesting flavor! Cute little independent shop. I had high hopes for the coffee. Unfortunately the barista serving me, while very friendly and pleasant, simply didn't have the level of training that one would expect of a dedicated coffee shop. When I was initially asked "what size?", I asked if they used a standard "doppio" or 2 ozs of espresso, she said that their "12 oz cappuccino" came with only a single shot of espresso....most places, a doppio or 2 oz shot of espresso is served as standard, bringing a cappuccino to 6 ozs total (2 ea of espresso, steamed milk, and milk foam))....so no idea how they get to a cappuccino with a single 1 oz shot of espresso to 12 ozs......so I asked for a "doppio". My first "cappuccino" that I ordered was a latte (predominantly milk, maybe 3x the qty of espresso). She was pleasant enough to make a second one after me asking for equal qty of milk to espresso.....but that one was simply average in flavor. Not sure what roasting house the beans come from (she didn't know), but the flavor was pretty lackluster. Also, for this cappuccino, I was charged with tax, $6.12. Unfortunately, overall, average at best. read more

Love the independent little vibe this place has. The indoor coffee trike and the cute yellow van they have outside always make me feel welcome. But their main attraction is their coffee, you can never go wrong with something even as simple as a cafe de olla. Not only that, but it's a great place to sit down and enjoy a bagel alongside that coffee. The staff is super friendly and even goes so far as to recognize regulars and their coffee orders. Will definitely continue visiting this place regularly. read more
