    Tarp and Gloria's Iced Latte
    Austin W.

Super cute local coffee bar proudly Latina LGBTQ+ Owned & Operated. Wonderfully crafted and unique coffee options served by knowledgeable baristas. The coffee shop is located in a shared space inside Golondrina Food Park. Plenty of space for parking as well as plenty of space inside to enjoy their delicious menu of drinks and pastries. Get there early if you want pastries, we went at noon and they unfortunately were sold out. Loved the drinks and the inclusive atmosphere they have intentionally made. Such a great hidden gem!

Good coffee, great combination of flavors. Don't look for the food truck though, it has been retired. They are now INSIDE the Food Hall, lot of cute seating around to sip your coffee.

This is one of my favorite places in town. Every time I visit Laredo I make it a point to stop at Gloria's. On this occasion I stopped by after walking the trails with my dog. I was greeted with and friendly smile and ordered up an iced horchata latte. I was very happy with my choice! Refreshing and the perfect blend of flavors to treat myself! I loved sipping my coffee and relaxing in the outdoor area. The indoor area is lively and full of color if you prefer the indoors. I absolutely recommend stopping by and supporting local!

Left La Gloria (cajeta & pecan) latte; right Mazapán latte both with oat milk (alternative for those with sensitive tummies).

Visiting Laredo and wanted to stop by a local coffee shop. Found Gloria's through the Visit Laredo IG page and Yelp. I was so glad to see that they were open! The trailer is cute and colorful (totally fitting my personality ). Wonderful and helpful staff and owner. The menu has a nice variety, along with a seasonal menu. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Their hours are via Facebook and are included in my photos.

My wife found this place on Facebook and, since she enjoys trying local coffee spots in every city we visit, we decided to try this place out. The food truck is located in Golondrina's Food Park, which I didn't even know existed in Laredo until about 2 months ago. We came here and each had the mazapán iced latte, as recommended by the barista. We truly enjoyed the delicious unique flavors the mazapán provided. Definitely a memorable drink. Will come again soon and highly recommend if you are in Laredo looking to try good local coffee.

Decided to give this place a try the other day and it was fantastic! Back again for seconds and it didn't disappoint. Come by and support a newish business for your coffee needs. The two drinks I've tried were both tasty and I was pleased to hear that they offer several types of milk to customize your drink the way you like it.

Excellent local spot for a delicious and reasonably priced cup of coffee. Friendly and fast service, easily the best coffee in town.

You walk into a huge assortment of fresh baked goods that were no doubt delicious. We found a table and ordered some drinks while we waited for the rest of our group. I had a hot dirty chai. It was sweet and tasty, but not hot enough. I'm thinking the iced would have been better. No stars removed though because when the food came, I was blown away. I ordered the lox on sourdough and a side salad. The plate was beautifully presented. I dug into the salad first and OMG! The dressing was magical. It was bursting with fresh flavors, bright lemon zest, maybe a hint of Dijon. It was so good. I'm would order the salad over and over if I could, but salads aren't on the menu. The main course was equally mind blowing. The bread was soft and chewy, the salmon was accompanied by lots of capers, dill, cream cheese, and cucumbers. It was a perfect combination. My other complaint is that they don't open earlier, but I also don't live here so I can't be too mad. I will visit again!

The avocado toast was good but seemed overpriced. The bad: Lots of the items in the case are not properly labeled and you can't always tell what they are or what's in them. The staff can be unfriendly and aren't able to describe what's in the case either.

I've been there three times now, and will probably continue to come in the future for a quick lunch while I'm charging. The decor is cute and service is top notch. I've always been helped very quickly in the food has come out quick even when busy. The lack of five stars is due to the paninis. The bread seems average and didn't have as good of a crust as you normally expect with paninis. I ordered the vegetarian and the sandwich fell apart. It was very wet, probably from the mushrooms, and the flavor of thyme or rosemary overpowered any other flavors. I will say that the soups are delicious, perfectly creamy and delicious. Next time i come back and try the crepes which according to the reviews shows a bit more promise!

I had a Poblano sandwich which was fine, but seemed more Mexico than France. My latte was weak and small. The salad bar looked OK, but not my style of selections. It's not really a Patisserie with fancy desserts or a café, but it is a sandwich shop that would probably do a good job catering an afternoon tea type of event. On the other hand, it's right across the street from the Tesla Supercharger without many other walkable options. So I'd suggest a tea and a light sandwich or veggie soup.
