It was bursting with fresh flavors, bright lemon zest, maybe a hint of Dijon. It was so good. I'm would order the salad over and over if I could, but salads aren't on the menu. The main course was equally mind blowing. The bread was soft and chewy, the salmon was accompanied by lots of capers, dill, cream cheese, and cucumbers. It was a perfect combination.
