This coffee place was a great find. The hotel I stayed at had a tear off pad of local coffees and a self taken coffee tour in support of Laredo tourism. The vibe was great, and the baristas were friendly. I asked for a cortado which was not on the menu and they had no problems making it. That's when I know they are a real barista.
