Friendly sounding managers are helpful initially but I moved into an already flea infested apartment. Had to diagnose the problem myself as they could not determine what pest it was, and were not motivated to. Did not apologize, clean carpet, or even vacuum after they sprayed for fleas. Lived there only a month and a half and they expected full fee for carpet cleaning, which they needed to do for their own error of turning me over a flea infested apartment. Wrote a letter and was comped half the carpet fee, a pittance. Got my deposit back today and there is $60 cleaning charge, more than what they comped me for the carpet cleaning; what a coincidence as the place was cleaner than when I got there (dead flies everywhere and little trash still in the carpet, was it even cleaned using the last person's money? Unlikely) Also, they corrected my math for rent prorating yet had to return money to me because I was right. Pitiful. read more
