    In all the years I have been in Real Estate Copper Tree Realty has recived 2 bad reviews:(. Anyone…read morewho knows me knows that I work hard and give 100% to my company and clients, and expect nothing less from my brokers....yet along comes bad reviews and why? Because they can and there is nothing we can do about it! You have to ask yourself these questions #1. Should I just ignore what is posted or #2 respond with an explanation that hopefully will shed light as to how wrong, how unfair some people can be when they choose to bash a company on social media. Review #1 Home didn't appraise and the seller blamed us, he got mad gave us an unfair review. Review #2 Jaylee Joy! First off she would not listen to our recommendations on the price of her property or the amount of repairs and deferred maintenance that it was in need of making it hard to finance. She set her price which was way above any price we could get for her property. 2 months on the market with an over priced listing, needing repairs it is now our fault that it didn't sell in the 2 months it was an active listing. This property had been on the market prior to our company listing it and did not produce a buyer or a sale, she felt the need to speck badly about that listing broker too. We did offer to terminate her listing even after we were told she had her own buyer and was trying to go around us, she refused! We have the signed paper work that she signed stating it would be cash. This is so upsetting when a company gets bashed on social media and the owner cannot get the review removed even when the person trying to harm our company or any company can say whatever they want regardless of whether it is true or not. Please, do not believe everything you read on Social Media without knowing the facts! We have all the proof to back up our remarks.

    There was not a lot of deferred maintenance..only two skylights needed replaced. And ductless heat…read morepump for upstairs. We agreed on price and these two items would be repaired/put in out of escrow money. If Copper Tree thought my property was overpriced and "lots of deferred maintenance why list it? Look at their web site..very few listings.
