I did some realtor searching in Curry and Coos County, OR. Jan Delimont with ReMax South Coast in North Bend, OR immediately responded of the 3 I contacted. Between Jan and her talented Broker/Associate, Robin Richards, we felt quite welcome by their pleasant attitudes, negotiation skills during numerous tour schedulings, scheduling the appraisal, coordinating counter-offers (I'm sure I'm missing other valued details)...while offering us some humor with consistent professionalism even after closing. These ladies remained organized and flexible with communication throughout which appears from my experience to be barrier for some realtors. As a 1st time home buyer, the purchase process and paperwork was overwhelming at times. Robin remained patient and mindful even after closing. Robin was able to provide me an active interior painter list, when Yelp and Angi were less than satisfying. Their warm-hearted "welcome home" gift was a delight! I'd recommend Jan's ReMax South Coast team 110% when wondering which realtor to hire for purchasing a home. Blessings to the team this holiday season!

Melanee and Kelly seriously blew me away with their knowledge of the area, their compassion, professionalism and attention to every little detail. After losing TWO offers last year, I tried for 6 months to sell my house. I eventually rented it rather than lose it and relisted this Spring with Ocean Dunes. My house sold in two days. These ladies really know how to market and use absolutely every tool in the toolbox! They kept me informed every step of the way though closing, and even though I had an offer they continued to send me weekly market reports chalk full of valuable information. I was SO nervous about something happening with the offer due to my previous experience. Melanee and Kelly were always reassuring and did their best to calm my nerves. My closing went off without a hitch. And as if they hadn't done enough, they sent me a beautiful thank you gift basket from Harry & David. They are a class act all the way. Six stars!! THANK YOU Melanee and Kelly!
