Upon calling them, Herb listened to my wants/needs/concerns and was more than happy to help. We were offered to view a property that week and I absolutely loved it. I went on to buy five more properties with Joann. She is past president of Oregon Realtors Association and was on the Coos County Planning Commission. The reason that she was sought after to serve in these positions is that she is involved, at the state level, with all upcoming laws that affect property owners, and is ultimately knowlegable about all things property.
