We had the install today. Notably, the cost came in approximately $200 above the original range that was quoted. Had nothing in writing in terms of a quote, my bad. I was not invited to see the radio before paying, even though I asked to do so. After paying, we went to connect the device to our phone, and low and behold, there was already another phone linked to that Head Unit. When I asked why that would be my question was ignored twice. Eventually after pushing I asked if this could have accidentally been an open box item or a return, and heard that that would not have been possible. When asked why someone else's phone was already paired to this unit, she didn't have an explanation that made any sense. Long story short. Install work looks great. Good product. Don't appreciate the business practices. Quoting seems like a really nebulous topic, I feel like I was scammed a bit, and the staff behaved less than professionally. I would not recommend BCT.
