I recognized a man who had helped me with the same part several years ago and told him the same part had broke again. He told me several years ago that don't be surprised if it happens again. He even installed the part on my boat for me. After I told him my story this year he looked again for the part and couldn't find it but told me he would look to see if he had a used part I could buy. They put me in the right direction. They got me the motor in my budget install went beautiful. They did a nice job on everything. All my electronics are working. Nothing was tampered with or unhooked. He even threw in an extra GPS pocket no charge all the work that he performed as perfect. I love my old new boat thanks to Tony and his team. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and I would highly recommend them. I purchased a couple 175hp engines and they did a nice install, however I had issues with the…read morecommunication to my gauges most importantly no fuel gauge In the beginning, they seemed to try to assist me at 1st and then they threw me under the bus from then on when they could not help me correct the issues. Also, they left a battery cable loose, which fried my master raymarine display because of poor connections. I found this out because I thought I had dead batteries when I brought the boat home. The display was not working properly. Which always worked. Also my radio said low battery voltage. I then purchased two batteries as soon as I brought the boat home because the engines were hard to start when I realize one of the cables was extremely loosely connected when i went to install the batteries. Not even tightened down at all. I end up having to buy a new master display because of the spike voltages from the cable connections being loose and also bought 2 new batteries. I was stuck with them too since I did not return them because they were to hard to remove. Another thing that happened was I had a broken brake line on my trailer that was brought to my attention from them. This was caused by someone else who just installed new brakes. I Drove 500 miles to have them install the engines and you would think they would offer to take care of my brakes, but that did not get done even though I asked them to fix it and would pay them. I had to drive all the way back home without brakes on my trailer through the mountains. They didn't have time for fixing it. Fortunately, I am very knowledgeable electrically and mechanically so during the winter I was able to correct the issues on my own by doing a lot of research. It cost me about $1250 extra to get it right but now. I'm very happy with the way my boat is set up. They do not return calls should you have any minor questions. Just my 2 cents.

Started off with a phone call to the Coos Bay dealership, inquiring about a boat I had seen on…read moretheir website. They said it was available, so I made arrangements to fly in from N. California. I gave them a weeks' notice and asked if they could have the boat brought down from there Florence dealership, they agreed. I confirmed the day before arrival that I was going to be at the dealership around 1pm, once I arrived, I was told that they were not able to bring the boat down and I would need to drive an hour away to the Florance dealership to see the boat. I can understand if they didn't have time to bring the boat down to Coos Bay on only a possibility of a boat sale, but if they would have told me that they were unable to, and I would have just drove Stright there from the airport and not wasted my time going to the Coos Bay dealership. The salesperson (Brian) said he would go with me to the Florence dealership, but they were extremely busy (there was not one customer in site), so I said no problem and just went myself. I took a look at the boat, spoke with a very nice and knowledgeable guy from the Florance dealership and headed back to the Coos Bay dealership to discuss buying the boat. Called Brian and let him know I was on my way, but he was at home already (3:30) and that we could go over final pricing on Monday. I was thinking, I came all this way and was going to buy this boat that day but needed to wait until Monday now. (Note, boat sales are very slow, and Y Marina is closing the Florance Dealership down, but couldn't take a little extra time that day to sell a 100K plus boat). Call on Monday, settled on a price for the Boat, ask if they would be interested in also setting up the boat with electronics and kicker motor and asked for the addition cost, they said sure thing and they would get back to me that afternoon or the following morning. I didn't hear back, so I called the following day to finalize the deal and asked why I had not heard back from them sooner, then I was told that the boat was sold to someone else. I mentioned that we had agreed to a price and the boat was sold and that I was just waiting on the accessory pricing and installation lead time. They offered no apology and just said that there Florence store sold the boat and didn't communicate that with them. I said it seems that you do not communicate well with each other and that the boat should not have been sold out from underneath me. I have seen good reviews about this dealership, and it might have been this way at one time, but my experience showed me that they are very disconnected and scattered and communicate poorly with potential customers. I don't think sales work very well this way in a slow market (or any market). I guess maybe they got comfortable with the hot boat sales market of the past and it shows. I ended up buying a boat and Clemens Marina. Very knowledgeable staff and communicated well and great pricing. Y Marina missed out on $150K sale, due to lack of effort, scattered and poor sales Commnication.

We came from Redding CA, a six hour drive for us to Salem to buy a trailer that was advertised as…read more"like new", "immaculate" and when we got there, not only was the trailer not clean: shower and sinks dirty, pee (yes, pee) in the toilet, nothing had been cleaned, but there was wear to the upholstered dinette area seating and the back of the seat was so sun damaged, that it was cracked severely! The stove burners showed moderate use and cupboards still had stuff in them. This trailer had received zero attention from this seller on this inside! I was expecting the condition would be as advertised, as this is the picture he painted. Either he openly lied about the condition, or he did not know the actual condition. Either way, it was way beyond disappointing, and I was fuming! I tried my best to be professional and just tell him what I saw without spewing, and he did drop the price for us, but this did not make me see him as a reputable seller. You cannot change first impressions, and ours was and still is, not good. Would not buy from him again or recommend him.
