Took forever to find a parking spot in parking garage. Long wait time. Recommend arriving early early!

Well, as a former employee myself, I never expected to become a patient, especially not an ICU Heart patient. It has been so long since I retired that nobody there knew me except for one nurse. I was very grateful for the level of professionalism I was accorded and the timeliness of everyone involved. Having a Triple Bypass is no picnic. However, the staff continued to assure me all along the way. All accommodations were made for my needs and that of the Mrs. Staff were exceedingly polite and very patient with us as we navigated this 'other side of the coin'. Everyone from Registration all the way to the CNA that wheelchaired me to the exit door were very nice. It is amazing how differently people come across when your life is in their hands. I am exceedingly grateful and appreciative of all the staff and care I received while I was there. Now I am home and completing recovery from my successful surgery. I feel great and look forward gratefully to the next few decades this surgery has provided me.

02/04/2026 I went to the ER with a folder of medical and mental health history in the last year…read morethat represented the complexity of my concerns - I was less than a year post emergency abdominal surgery and exactly 5 months post urgent spinal surgery. I had been experiencing increased stress due to upcoming lay-off, as well as two weeks of increased abdominal pain and cramping down my right calf. As forthcoming as I was, Jeffery Salerno and Rachel Straub decided to place me on involuntary hold. The criteria for an NMI is: severe mental illness and immediate danger to self and others or unable to provide for basic needs. This criteria never applied to my circumstances and led to an emotionally damaging experience at the BHU. Further, Providers listed refused medical intervention, which would have been an abdominal CT scan, requested by myself, the patient.

Riverbend is by far the WORST hospital I've ever been to and that's saying a lot for someone who…read morevisits them often. My most recent experience was that the Dr's released personal information to a room full of people when only 1 person in the room was authorized. Then they decided to take me off my mental health meds.. I was in and out of psychosis and paranoid..etc. I got scared of what else they were going to do to me so I discharged early, when they told me I COULD NOT leave. (That did not help the situation. I've spent hours and hours..whole days even! They are condescending and they have stood outside my door and talked bad about me on countless occasions. They have ignored my nurse calls for over an hour..The intake people are extremely rude. I went to this hospital and they asked me if I have thought about suicide lately (I was in there for something completely unrelated.) They told me to take all of my clothes off the nurse even yelled at me to take my underwear off (Very triggering for what I've been through). When I refused she called in security to very forcefully slam me in a wheelchair and then 3 grown men started wheeling me off the property like they were taking out the trash..thankfully my awesome Ridesource driver saved me) I would say I would NEVER Come back here but I don't have that option. (As far as I know they are the only hospital that has diagnostic equipment. I give Riverbend a 0.

If you want to experience a third world inept medical department, than please come here to the Riverbend ER. We were abandoned by the staff and nurses, and Dr.s. A woman cried visually and audibly for more than four hours, people were waiting for more than eight hours. While the staff berated and dehumanized the AMERICAN CITIZENS in the waiting room. I will never forget what my family and I witnessed. I have reached out to the media and PROPER AUTHORITIES. They even were getting peoples names wrong, people who had been triaged and were left to sit in there own vomit.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Frank, at this medical office. We have been very happy with…read morehis professionalism, his integrity, his skills and insights. He is specifically a pediatric neurologist, but there are many others that work at this office that have all kinds of patients. Definitely a 5 star rating would be more appropriate for Dr. Frank! This office is attached to the largest hospital in Eugene/Springfield, so it is well located, very nice and spacious. The one issue I have had with this office was one phone call on which I was placed on hold for 40 minutes, when I finally had to hang up and not get the assistance I needed that day. This was a one time experience, but it was so frustrating, I had let the office know about it, and am waiting to see how they handle it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Normally, I have not found this to be the case, they generally have answered their phones in a timely manner.

April 12, 2026 I…read moremistakenly went to Oregon Neurology for help with extremely debilitating daily headaches. My expectation was that I would see a Neurologist but without any disclosure whatsoever I was only seen by a nurse. She did not help me in the slightest and I left the office totally depressed that my expectations for some results to improve my daily suffering just did not happen. Also, after filling out tons of paperwork prior to my visit and submitting it to them, I was informed by the receptionist that all my efforts in providing personal information was lost! Due to my headaches I have been slow in responding to their bill and I just received a letter from them that I owe just $60 and if I didn't pay immediately they would hire a COLLECTION AGENCY TO GO AFTER ME !!! I found this type of total disrespect for their clients to be repulsive and greedy. All I can say is find another option to deal with your neurological issues. In conclusion, this is a disreputable business that is totally failing to meet the needs of their clients. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that in some cases a significant number of their reviews are in the POOR CATEGORY! As a community I feel it is important for all of us to Boycott Oregon Neurology Associates in order to make it clear that we will not tolerate a business that consistently abuses their patients. Let's facilitate the process of driving them out of business and leaving our community! Also Note: Oregon Neurology Associates charges a significant amount of money for their services. This means that a significant of their patients have wasted not only their own funds but also wasted the money of their insurance company without any satisfaction with the services they experienced. This is especially tragic if a particular patient is then forced to start the whole process again with another neurology company and experience further out of pocket expenses. Sincerely, Dwight A.
