Nice to find a real locksmith who has a location for key making. They also sell safes and various types of keys.

Look no further! These locksmiths are so helpful and kind! They have key sizes that other places don't! A+++ service

Orchard City Lock & Safe - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Campbell, California

Very nice customer service, no frills, and extremely fast turnaround on services. I went to here on a whim because I needed a spare key and was in the area. Expected to use them once and never return since they are out of my way. Its been 1.5 years and I have been a repeat customer for most of my key and lock needs. One thing that stands out to me is how they are confident with their work and their work does back it up. read more

We ordered a beautiful safe from Dave. He was so knowledgeable and helped us to find exactly what we needed. We were able to customize the safe completely. After about two months, Dave and his team showed up bright and early to install it. They were so courteous and efficient. The safe looks beautiful and feels durable. Would definitely recommend Dave and Orchard City Lock & Safe for any locksmith and safe needs. read more

Our HOA used Orchard City Lock and it was the best decision. Brian was extremely helpful and professional.

We've been having on going issues with our church main doors so I gave Orchard city lock a call. I made an appointment "they are very busy" to meet a locksmith between 10am-12 noon. I got a call from Justin around 10:30am "he said he was in the parking lot" Long story short our front door locks are very old and I was certain Justin was going to come buy to see what we had and order new complete locks. To my delight Justin took them apart then disappeared to his van and repaired both the door handle locking mechanism's. When he was done both the doors "which have been having trouble opening for the past 2 years" worked better then they ever had, as far back as I can remember. Thank you Justin for your expertise and taking time to make the doors work properly again. read more

I called Orchard city to assist with moving a safe from my old home to my new one. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and managed to move a 600 pound plus safe without any damage to himself or the houses. I'll be inviting him back to assist with changing my front door lock in the next week or so. read more

Bryan and his son Ben helped me get a magnetic door lock for my business and were extremely kind and helpful. Did a very clean job and were very fair on their pricing. Can't thank them enough! read more

The locksmith is super quick with his service! I had a few keys to replicate and they were perfect! After several poor experiences with the minute key style kiosks (specifically how it is a hit or miss with the lm), having an experienced locksmith handle it just as fast is such a lifesaver. It's also fun to window shop and look at all the safes he has on display for the quick minute it takes for him to replicate your key read more

Great, knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Need a spare key for my 79 truck and they were able to provide for me on the spot! Would definitely recommend and go back for all my locksmith needs! read more

Orchard City Lock and Safe is now my go-to company for locksmith services. The whole experience was professional and pleasant. Dave in the office was very nice and asked good questions to figure out exactly what I needed. He was able to schedule it for the very next day. He sent Justin, who arrived toward the beginning of the service window after calling to say he was on his way. Our lock was no longer lining up with the strike plate. Justin adjusted the door hinges and filed the plate so the deadbolt once again locked smoothly. Then he swapped out the lock for a new one we'd purchased. He did it all quickly and accurately and left it looking nice. He was professional and very kindly answered all our questions. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. read more

Highly recommend! The deadbolt on my front door was malfunctioning. I called Orchard City Lock and Safe at 10am and spoke with a rep who said they had a tech nearby who would stop by in the afternoon when he finished his current call. Justin showed up about two hours later. He identified the problem, explained the problem and fixed it. Done in less than 30 minutes. After Justin finished, he showed me things to look for in the future and what would need to be done should the need arise. I will definitely be calling Orchard City Lock & Safe for any future problems/needs. read more

Highly recommended and definitely five star service. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Chris was great in determining the problem and repairing my door locks. He was very knowledgeable in regard to locks and hinges. read more

My experience with Orchard City has been great from day one which was about a year before they bought my companys key system from a locksmith that was going out of business. I originally called OCLS because I couldn't get ahold of my companies locksmith and thought they had already closed their doors for good but it was due to landline issues. I don't remember who I communicated with but I think it was one of the owners. He called my locksmith and then called me back saying that they were still open and that he recommend I follow up with them because he doesn't poach customers, but if we were unhappy with our service with them he would be happy to assist us. That immediately told me everything about his organization, and I took note for the future in the case that we did decide to leave our other locksmith. Fast forward a year and I actually did need a new locksmith and as it turned out Orchard City had bought my company's system already. The times Ive dealt with their technicians have been easy, their receptionist is very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend Orchard City Lock and Safe. read more

David and crew are THE option to go to for a safe in the Bay Area, especially a Fort Knox. Prices are fair, communication is great, timing is on schedule or early, and customer service is impeccable. Yet the most incredible thing that sets Orchard apart is that David takes immense pride in his work. David is a specialist and a master of his craft. David installs safes like he installs them in his own house. The door swing has to be balanced perfectly, no matter how many times he has to tilt the 1000 lbs box to add shims. Afterward, I tried to tell David he could skip windexing the safe and vacuuming the floor, but he insisted because he couldn't stomach leaving the job undone. Those are the little things that show he's a perfectionist. But beyond that, the install was done impeccably without a single scratch or scuff on a wall or floor. This is no mean feat when you're wheeling around a massive safe. Condo move rules, stairs, tight corners - none stand a chance. Watching David and Chris work the steel beast into place was truly an impressive sight as they called back and forth to coordinate and balance the weight (but not too loudly since they don't want your neighbors to know you're installing a safe). To think I had even contemplated a big box store option made me shudder because I would have been completely outclassed. Sure, you could buy a cheap foreign made safe from Costco and have it dropped off on your curb. You could test your friendships by getting your buddies together to try and muscle the thing into place, and hopefully not damage your house or body too much in the process. Or, you could call an expert like David who will install a premium American made product with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I accidentally locked myself out of my home when I went to take out the trash. I immediately called Orchard City, got a reasonable price, and a tech was at my house in 15 minutes. He was able to open my door within a few minutes and the whole thing was easy, seamless, and I couldn't have asked for more. Definitely keeping these guys on hand for the next time I have a lock need. read more

I had a complicated front door lock situation - very thick door, well over standard. I bought the replacement hardware at Belmont Hardware and they said "we highly recommend you used Orchard City." I went in person to schedule. The lady at the feomt was so nice but explained they don't really do much/want to do much residential work, they are more a commercial shop. But she scheduled me. it took 3.5 weeks to get the appt but I wanted to wait for Orchard Cityndue to the recommendation. Justin came out today and was amazing. The hardware wasn't quite right and wasn't easy but he spent the time to figure it out. Super clever solve. Very patient and nice. I would highly recommend Orchard and Justin in particular!!! read more

Needed copies of a key and couldn't get it at Home Depot or Ace. Friendly and efficient service.

Justin and his team have been so helpful during my commercial build-- from rekeying my front door for safety to troubleshooting the older lock to updating the lock to be up to fire code. Justin is extremely communicative, friendly, timely, and really knows what he's doing. I'm so glad to have another local business dedicated to providing quality service to their customers. I recommend Orchard City Lock and their team to everyone. read more

I had a great experience here. The guy that helped me (I think owner) super cool dude and he knows his stuff really well. I went in there to re-key multiple locks and he was quick and professional. He said they'd be done tomorrow and they were done today (Tomorrow is today). They also sell safes in all shapes and sizes and has a vast amount of knowledge on the differences they also do installation and delivery. I love to support our local businesses and more especially during these last few months when so many small business owners are facing true adversities to stay open. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs anything key or safe related. read more

These guys are wonderful at fixing locks. A replacement lock would have been pricey because the original was and the manufacturer does not make parts. A work around the failed part only cost the price of a house all. read more

Okay! Here we go. I got myself into a bad spot and called Orchard in the a.m. I needed a part from Kwikset and it wasn't a part you get from any Hardware. Spoke to David and unfortunately they didn't have it. Before suggesting to order it for me, he called a local guy. He did this while I was waiting on the phone. Tell me a company who would do that? This company is awesome.! This is your starting point when you need to be sent in the right direction. You won't regret it. read more

When Justin came out, he was very professional and figured out the problem quickly. He explained the repair and did a great job. We are glad to recommend Justin and Orchard City and will call them again if needed. read more

Great place and people. David did not have the blank for my special key and recommended another place down the road. This place is old school and very helpful. My dad had a different type of business and always was a friendly competitor, taking care of the customer and recommending his competitor if he could not do it. I will definitely come back for my keying needs in the future. read more

The key cylinder in my front door deadbolt stopped functioning. The deadbolt was an unusual shape and a replacement lock would have required a paint touchup or possibly repainting the front door. I called and the person that I spoke with said that if we brought the cylinder in he would clean it and see if that solved the problem. They quickly performed the cleaning at a very reasonable cost and the reassembled lock works great. I am very thankful for their great service. read more

I needed a number of copies of gate keys for a school garden. Apparently, two of the keys are an unusual size. After trying two hardware stores and another locksmith, I found Orchard City Lock & Safe. They were able to make perfect key copies. I've returned several times for more keys and a padlock issue. They're always friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Dave was able to schedule me right away and quoted the price for my job over the phone. Justin came out during the one hour block that Dave gave me. He was professional and friendly and took care of re keying two locks very quickly. I have my peace of mind back. I would definitely recommend this business and will refer them to my friends. Thank you Orchard City Lock & Safe! read more

I needed to rekey several locks in my house, so I brought in the cylinders to Orchard City Lock and Key. They rekeyed everything to the same key, cleaned the cylinders and made sure they were working, and even filed down the edges of the keys to allow for more clearance when unlocking the patio door. He also gave me advice about how to get the locking mechanism working better on that door when I reinstalled the cylinder. I didn't have an appointment but everything was done within about 15 minutes. Will definitely use them again for any lock issues in the future. read more

I had trouble making a duplicate key for my front door... went to 3 different places and even the initial one that they made didn't work. I went back and he tried again but it still didn't work. I called them to let them know it didn't work and Dave sent out his technician (Justin) to my property and after taking apart the lock, he was able to figure out why the keys weren't working and made me two copies! Not only were their customer service beyond expectation, they worked with my crazy schedule and resolved the problem. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!! read more

I've used Orchard City Lock and Safe a few times now, just to pop in and get duplicate keys mostly. I love it waaaay more than walking into the local Mega Home Improvement Center™ and trying to find some kid to run the damned key duplicator kiosk for me. Plus I can be assured that my duplicates actually work when I try them out. Speaking of which, it impressed me greatly when I got my car keys duplicated on my most recent trip. The person behind the counter (very courteous) came outside with me and tested the keys on the doors and the ignition HIMSELF before letting me leave the store. That was awesome; thanks guys! read more

Out of the blue the electronic lock on our safe stopped working. I tried several different things suggested by the company I purchased from, including changing the battery, nothing worked. I finally got it open, removed the contents and left the door open. I called 2 other companies I was quoted $200 - $450 minimum to fix the safe, service call, lock replacement, other parts, etc. Dave at Orchard City Lock & Safe said I can bring the door in, he will diagnose the problem and go from there. He cleaned some parts inside the lock which fixed the problem and picked up the door up the same day. Best part...he charged m $10, saying it did not take much time. Other companies probably would not have been so honest and I would have still paid $200 for the service call alone (they did not offer for me to bring the door to them). I was so impressed with the level of service I received and their professionalism. read more
