I had to go into hospital the next day for an emergency and was in hospital for three weeks, so by the time I saw the dent, it was almost a month later. I have a witness who saw the driver back into the tree, the driver claims nothing happened, and the owner of the transport company was viciously abusive with me when I tried to get a portion of my fee returned. This is an irresponsible company run by an abusive owner. I wasn't even asking a whole refund, just enough to cover the repair and he called me a liar and told me to sue him. So I'm suing him.

The worst mechanic I have ever encountered…read more I was supposed to meet them at 8 AM at their garage. They were 1/2 hour late. Spent 5 minutes with the car and told me I need a new engine. Turns out I had a faulty spark plug wire, not an new engine needed. Asked for my money back, and was harassed over text by one of the mechanics who got my number because I dropped my car there. Really, really shocking, scary and uncomfortable. I waited to post this until I found a decent, affordable mechanic elsewhere. But I feel like I owe it to the community to be open.
