Went to see Dr Tran after almost 2 years of pain in a tooth that had a root canal and crown placed from previous dentist facility that never fixed my pain after multiple follow up appointments. My tooth ended being pulled by her as the root was fractured and was infected. I'm on day 2 and pain is gone I'm feeling much better and will see her again. She explained everything to me, gave me options also the procedure was done in no time at all and have to say she knows her sh__t. Thank you Dr Tran again. 5 stars All the staff members were pleasant and attentive as well they seem to have a great working environment read more

Two years ago I got my half of my wisdom teeth out here, and just my second set of wisdom teeth last week. Dr. Wilson and the other nurses took terrific care of me and my mouth. The instructions for after-care are clear, and they'll send/change out medications in for you quickly. Additionally, it is easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, the front desk workers are very helpful. The surgery itself was painless. Overall, 10/10 experience. I have heard horror stories of wisdom tooth removal, so I am so lucky to have gone here! Thanks! read more

My son had an appointment with Dr. Tran and her wonderful staff. Monica greeted us at the front desk smiling and cheerful. Actually the atmosphere was very positive and pleasant. Everyone was polite and helpful. My son felt "safe" with Dr. Tran and "Genesis "was very kind and supportive". Jennifer escorted him to the car to make sure he was comfortable. Dr. Tran did oral surgery on my daughter as well, who expressed that she had a memorable experience and was happy with her care. The staff are kind and professional. We were with Dr. Ratner years ago for our son's wisdom teeth extraction, and now with Dr. Tran for our daughter's. While we were very impressed with Dr. Ratner at the time, Dr. Tran truly surpassed all our expectations. Our daughter came out of surgery comfortable and with no memory of the procedure -- which is exactly what we hoped for! The most impressive moment, however, was when Dr. Tran personally came to meet us in the recovery area. She made us feel confident that everything had gone well and assured us that help would be available if we needed anything. Her professionalism, genuine care for our daughter, and warm, pleasant demeanor made a lasting impression. read more

I recently had to undergo oral surgeries to remove a tooth and place an implant, and I was very anxious about the whole process. From my very first visit, Dr. Lisa Tran made me feel calm and reassured. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood what to expect. She personally called me the evening after the first surgery to see how I was doing! Her professionalism, gentle manner, and genuine care truly put me at ease. I was sent to her by my dentist to pull a tooth! I asked if they are in network for my insurance and my dentist office and their office told me they are. One tooth to pull that took her not even 7 minutes and a cream she put on ( bone graft) cost $1384. Her staff were so militant and literally wouldn't let me leave their office till paid and they told me if I pay cash I get 10% so I said let me go get cash they told me I cant leave till I pay. So I paid in full and they said if Insurance pays I get my money back. Now they sent another bill. My insurance paid $300 because they are out of network which they did not tell me or I would have gone somewhere else. The going rate for pulling a tooth in Orange County is $75 to $650! I feel she totally ripped me off! I do not recommend her at all. She needs to give her price upfront and I should have known she is not in my insurance network!! Way overpriced! read more

Absolutely phenomenal Dr! I went in with emergency care needed and saw a negative review that had had me concerned about what I was going into. Could not have been more opposite from the one review. She was so caring, so considerate. Great bedside manner with giving me all the details of what she would be doing and how the tooth was going to be impacted. She had such a positive attitude! Her staff was very helpful and energetic. Loved being there even though it wasn't great pretenses that brought me there. When I had my surgery she had great upbeat music playing which really calmed my nerves. She called me later that night to check in on me- I was just stunned at what a fantastic bedside manner she had. I genuinely look forward to going back! read more

Dr. Tran did a stellar job with my wisdom teeth removal procedure. She was very efficient with the process, and made sure to inform me of all of the potential side effects and risks, and how to avoid them :) She is incredibly helpful and knows how to calm down a very anxious patient by taking the time to answer any and all questions. She is a extraordinary surgeon and anyone who is especially nervous about oral surgery, and wants a reliable, positive person to count on, Dr. Tran is the best person to go to! P.S. I had to go in for an emergency and was seen by Dr. Lisa Tran. Even though this was a last minute emergency, Dr. Tran agreed to see me right away in a very timely manner. The office appeared very clean and sanitized. I was seen right on the dot of my appointment time with practically no wait time. Dr. Tran presented herself very professionally throughout the whole appointment. She was extremely nice and sincere. My whole appointment went very smoothly from start to finish. She gave me anesthesia and waited patiently until I was completely numb, even checking on me before she got started. Next thing I know, the appointment was finished and my emergency was taken cared off. Being a fellow healthcare provider, I could tell that Dr. Tran was very exact in her treatment and was highly competent. The appointment felt very easy because of her high level of skill. I felt great after post operation. No complications or discomfort whatsoever. I'm glad that I went to Dr. Tran for my emergency. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lisa Tran as an Oral Surgeon. I had a horrible wisdom tooth extraction experience with Lisa N. Tran. I'd rather go to Mexico enough said. The other posts must be fake!

was very apprehensive about the extraction of a wisdom tooth and two other molars from 3 different areas of my mouth. Based on reputation I decided on Dr Lisa Tran, and I made a very good decision. The front office staff is nice and the back office staff is warm and seems focused on putting you at ease. I met Dr Tran for a consultation prior to surgery and I immediately liked her factual and straightforward communication style because it is accompanied by a warm and confident manner that is reassuring. I elected to have IV sedation for the procedure and from beginning to end it was smooth. I didn't feel the IV go in (I'm a nurse and a hand IV is usually a bit of hurt), and quickly after that I was out. I was home within an hour of arriving to have the procedure, fully awake and pain free. I had hardly any bleeding, never had any pain, and I did not have any swelling. The most challenging part of the whole experience is eating only soft foods for the first few days. I highly recommend Dr. Tran. read more

I had an appointment at 9 o'clock. Showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I waited over 45 min and was asked to wait another 20 minutes. I left. I understand things come up but asking me to wait over an hour from my appointment time is not very professional. My time is just as valuable as yours. I will never recommend. read more

The staff is wonderful had a nice experience

I recently got my wisdom teeth pulled from Dr. Tran, and she's one of the best. Going through my consultation, Dr. Tran, explained clearly how the procedure would be done, and what risks there were in this surgery. She was informative and comforting especially since I would be taking out all four of my wisdom teeth. On the day of the pulling Dr. Tran was energetic and fun. She kept making jokes, so that I would forget what I was there for. It was an amazing experience since I had asked to be knocked out, and leading up to my sleep the nervousness I had was gone. The procedure was quick, and upon waking up I remember Dr. Tran's smile of comfort that everything went well. If anyone would need their wisdom teeth taken out, I would definitely recommend Dr. Lisa Tran. I've never met a more caring doctor like her. Overall experience is A+++. read more
