Once the hardware was finally ready, they came out with no questions asked and corrected the install. They worked hard, respected our home, cleaned everything up, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

Legal action will have to take place per corporates direction. Absolutely horrendous experience. I signed up for AT&T with Kyle(the associate seen cussing and trying to get the phone I just purchased out my hand) and the Manager, Craig watched as his employee not only broke the law but called me a c*nt, an fk'n-hole and other extremely vulnerable words. He then tried to fight me as I used my legal right to record my experience as well as full voice recordings of all calls. Corporate will be first and I will be pressing charges for assault as seen here in the pictures as the associate grabbed me and tried to though my brand new phone I just purchased from him on the ground. All while claiming they are 100% in the right due to me apparently cussing on phone? But I did not, only his associate told me to F off c*nt. Take your anger out on someone outside of work. It's all recorded, little one. Your anger is making your insecurities very unprofessional. As a customer success manager myself, I know these both are in the wrong as does my finance who heard it all and heard them speaking in mandarin often when they don't want me to know what they are saying.

The very first night they came, they stayed the whole night working until the morning. We were so happy with the job they did after working overnight, we took the team out to IHOP afterwards for breakfast. Honestly, that is the same effort we get from them every time we call. The response that I get from LAN WAN is nearly instant. 99% of the time they answer my call without having to leave a message. In the rare case when I need to leave a message, the call is returned very quickly. I can say that anyone who works with LAN WAN Enterprise is guaranteed an unbelievably quick response.

The driver parked extremely close to my car on the driver's side, so close that I couldn't open my door at all and had to climb in through the passenger side. The vehicle appeared to be a company car clearly marked with the business name. Situations like this show a lack of basic courtesy and awareness, especially in a crowded public parking lot where space and safety matter. I don't know if this reflects the company's general standards, but I hope they remind their drivers to park responsibly and be mindful of others. No one should have to crawl into their own car because a company vehicle is parked carelessly.
