Left a message over the holidays and they got back to me the next business day to schedule a visit. During the visit Robert was able to see what was described to him over the phone, checked my fuse box, confirmed that the work is possible and provided a quote that is satisfactory. I asked if he can perform the work then and there which he is able to accommodate the request. About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. Would hire again for anything electrical.

Sometimes companies see a smaller job and either don't want to bother or throw out a ridiculous price. That wasn't the case here. Jose and Jesus treated the job seriously, gave us a fair price, and delivered excellent work. **Lighting and Electrical is officially our go-to electrician moving forward in Orange County!** If you need electrical work done, I'd absolutely recommend giving these guys a call. While in the store purchasing two pendants, I asked for help. The salesperson couldn't locate the remote and said he would follow up later that day. Crickets. He asked me to send him a photo of the fan and model number. Within 30 minutes, he called me back and we ordered the replacement remote over the phone. Adrian is a stockroom supervisor, but he is so much more than that. He is customer-service oriented, a doer, a fixer, solution-oriented, a critical thinker, and genuinely committed to helping people. He handled everything with grace and professionalism. What impressed me most was that he never once made excuses or mentioned the challenges with the new system, even though I had heard about them during my store visit. My experience with the process may not be something I would give five stars, but Adrian absolutely deserves five stars and recognition. People like Adrian are valuable. He represents what great customer service should look like, and I hope Lamps Plus recognizes his contribution and gives him every opportunity to grow.
