I was then explained that the previous owner had left and there was a new CA BAR number and they had no responsibility to repair it but they would look at it and possibly assist. So I towed it over and they proceeded to quote me 2500 more to fix the things they were supposed to fix previously. I don't know if these guys are working a scheme to get new owners in every couple years so they can't be sued. Its just a shame that they are the reason you have a hard time trusting repair shops. The give honest shops a bad name. Due your own research, make your own choice. But don't say I didn't try warning everyone.

They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. During this process, I was communicating with my assigned service advisor, but responses were often delayed, unclear, or evasive; messages went unanswered, questions were redirected, and clear answers were difficult to obtain. When I brought the truck back, it was described as "just a loose axle" and claimed fixed, yet no documentation was provided proving that the differential or internal gears were inspected after I had driven it for an hour while leaking. Their claim that "there is no problem" or "everything is fine" is something no reasonable person could trust.
