I went in to this auto body shop through a referral, for some help to the oxidation on my car roof/ hood/ front bumper paint chips/ and oxidized head lights. After 1week I got the OK to come and pick it back up, and man, I must say I have never been more impressed with the job that was done on my car for the price I paid! My car looks brand new! I give this location 3 stars because of what I was expecting when I read the reviews. I had high hopes. The job on my car was great. No complaints about that. The reason why this doesn't get 4 or 5 stars is for two important reasons. Apparently the alignment of my car was not passing so it was delaying everything; however, I never got a call or any messages letting me know what was going on. It was getting frustrating cause I had to consistently keep calling to check the status of my car. Another thing that made me upset is I had a spare Chanel cologne that I left inside so I can wear when I'm out. It was more than halfway full only to find out when I got home it was missing. Orange County Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Fullerton, California

I have had 3 separate projects done at this business. The first was the assembly of My Custom Pick up...Diego had taken in My truck and stated that He would give Me an estimate to assemble. The estimate was never given. When The truck was done, He announced that I owed OCCC, $5000. I told him that since I never received an estimate, the price was outside My budget and I would pay $4000. He gladly accepted that money. The work on the truck was acceptable, certainly Not perfect. The hood alignment was off, and the weather seal around the doors fell off and needed to be re-glued after a few weeks. The 2nd and 3rd projects were almost exactly the same. My infinity was hit from behind. Diego said He could repair My back bumper and fix all the other dings in the car. When I got the car returned, it looked good. A few weeks later, I was hit again in the rear end. Again, Diego stated that He would repair My glove compartment and repair a small tear in the drivers seat. The Glove compartment "Glue Fix" did not work and the seat was never repaired. When I brought this to Diego's attention He offered to get a new glove compartment door and install it at No Charge. I waited several weeks, with delay after delay. Diego stopped answering My phone calls and would not return My emails. He finally told Me to go to a nearby upholstery shop in Fullerton. He stated that they had the glove box and would install it. When checking with Mr. Steve Uribe and his Mother at their shop I found that they knew nothing. Diego had not contacted them, nor had He given them the glove box. The Uribe family had a bad experience at OCCC (Diego) regarding their family car and the repairs that OCCC was paid for. When I confronted Diego regarding this situation, He said: " I don't need anymore of Your "F'n" business. That if I wanted the repair done, that I could take it to INFINITY. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HE HAS GOING ON, BUT PROFESSIONAL ? HE IS NOT ! HE IS A SMOOTH OPERATOR, BUT HE LACKS BASIC HONESTY. HE ATTITUDE AND DEMEANOR ARE LIKE SOME STREET THUG. HE TOLD ME TO NEVER COME BACK TO ORANGE COUNTY COLLISION CENTERS ! I HAD MADE THAT DECISION PRIOR TO THE LAST CONVERSATION, I WILL EVER HAVE WITH HIM. To The Consumer at Large, For anyone who chooses to have Orange County Collision Service as their shop of Choice. Mr. Diego's response to My ( Our ) post is simply that "He doesn't want My (Our) business. That is a statement of a less than concerned businessman. He accepted approximately $8000 from AAA Insurance Services, to repair My car. He also gladly accepted the $4000 for the work on My custom pickup. He wanted My business then, so what happened? I brought my 2007 Honda Civic to Orange County Collision and Glass Center in December 2013 to have my rear bumper repaired from an accident I had sustained back in 2009. Two other auto body shops told me the bumper had to be replaced. The owner, Diego, said he and his team could repair the bumper. Diego was absolutely correct and did a great job in repairing the deep scrap and retouching the paint to match the original color of my car. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a body shop. About nine months ago I got a lip installed on my car. Not only did Diego promise a timeframe he couldn't keep but also made me repeatedly show up only to find no prgoress had been made. One of those times I showed up and my car was sitting out front without a bumper and with the bottom held up by straps and told me to drive it like that, which mind you is ILLEGAL. Another time he said he would call me when I could pick the car up, and he did not. I called him on his cellphone an hour after they closed and he said he left it with one of his employees, who left my car sitting out front with the keys clearly in plain sight on the front left tire. He also painted it incorrectly. I tried showing him a picture of how I wanted it done but he assured me "you know we're a bodyshop right?" Initially I was just happy to get my car back and refrained from writing a review.. The reason I'm writing this now is I just noticed how many imperfections are in the paint and that set me off. My friend had a similar experience as well, having to take the car back multiple times because the bumper was not put back correcrly. read more

Less than one star. I am appalled. I purchased the headlight restoration August 11, 2018 from groupon - in addition I had about $2,000 worth of cosmetic repairs I wanted to get fixed. I have been calling the business about once per week since I bought the groupon. I called in the morning, in the afternoons, and in the evenings to increase my chance of someone answering the phone. No one EVER answered the phone, and the voicemail offered an email address. I left several professional voicemails indicating that I needed service and to please call back. (Probably because I mentioned groupon?) I also sent an email that was never responded to. After THREE months of this, I finally left a more assertive message informing them that I would be reporting them to groupon if no one cared to call me back and redeem my purchase. Today, as a last attempt to resolve the issue, I tried calling one more time. He finally answered and was incredibly rude to me. He stated that they are very busy and that is why no one has called me back (for 3 months) He told me that I could only have the service done M-F, 9-3 and that it was going to be a month wait. When I told him that was not acceptable, both because I have been calling for 3 months and because my groupon expires Dec. 7th, he told me that because my last message was "very nasty" he would not like to do the work. I then told him that I would be writing him a "nasty" review for the experience and hung up. He then called me back and left me a voicemail threatening to "harm me" if I leave a nasty review and try to "harm" him because "there are laws about that." I am beside myself right now. read more

It took a little over an hour to do the work and the headlights on a 2002 Mustang look absolutely fantastic (...and they were in BAD shape). I even had them do the 3rd brake light for a very reasonable additional fee, which I was more than willing to pay based on the great job they did on the headlights.
