I bought the Amazon local deal for headlight restoration and came here. WoW! My headlights are good as new. They did an excellent job and the customer service is awesome. I'm a very satisfied customer and i highly recommend this place read more

Great service, excellent work. Got my headlights restored and they look new. Thanks Diego!!

Overall, I was very happy with my Orange County Collision Center experience. They let me drop off my car at night when they were closed. Though my bumper repair was relatively straightforward, they did a good job. The job was completed when they said it would be. The price was very competitive and they didn't try to upsell me. Diego was really pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the difficulty in communicating with them. They frequently didn't answer the phone and didn't return calls on the messages I left. read more

I am so happy with this shop. Diego is professional, honest and easy to communicate with. I had some dents on my car that would have been expensive to fix elsewhere. He was able to fix them with a deal that was more than reasonable and the car panel looks brand new now! He had to keep the car for an extra day and I was nervous because I needed to drive a distance to work. To make up for me he offered a free headlight restoration- which I wanted to get anyway! Diego takes care of you and your car. His shop is where I want to be if ever anything happens to my car. Don't hesitate to come by! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I received such great service I had to share. After having a bad experience with someone trying to fix my car I went to Orange County Collision. I received an estimate and I also received the bumper repair special that is offered here on yelp! My car is now fixed and it looks as good as new! read more

They did an excellent job on my 2012 Chevy traverse. After they were done it had looked brand new like it never been hit. And to top it off they were very fair on the price. I will be referring my friends and family to them. read more

This has to be the smoothes and most cost effective repair I did on my car. They work by appointments which I respect so I don't have to wait. I went in to restore my headlight, which was yellow and scratched up, I know this isn't a major job but as soon as I got there they started working on my car and finished it before the promised time. The best part is they did a great job which they guarantee for 7 years and IT ONLY COST $15! And that's for both headlights by the way. read more

I recently got into a minor car accident and have been very hesitant about going to a collision repair shop since I'll be paying out of pocket. Diego, the owner, was great. I mentioned since I was missing my emblem that's the only thing I wanted replace. I didn't care about the damage grille nor the sensor at the moment. He suggested I bought the emblem and he would put it on for me for free. I was surprised but gladly accepted his offer. Even though I didn't pay anything, this goes to shows how much they appreciate their customers. I recommend anyone to visit Diego and his team, they did a phenomenal job. read more

Diego went above and beyond the call of service. My car was involved in a hit and run accident and i brought it in for Diego to fix. He was very professional, very honest. His price was extremely reasonable and he even fixed little dents without extra charge. I picked my car up today and was so happy with the results. if you are looking for honest, professional , no bs service... Pls come to orange county collision and glass center. I will be recommending this place to my co workers. Thank you so much Diego, i will bring my car in for the next oil change. read more

This place is worth my long drive from Huntington Beach! $15.00 for 2 headlight restoration, in and out within an hour an half, and the service was friendly and accommodating (recommending me to one more place to clean up my windshield). No sales pitch for more service, not that I don't want to be back in the future if need to! Thanks Diego and Carlos! read more

Does anyone else have a problem trying to get a hold of this guy at this place? literally called 10 times left messages and get nothing back in return. read more

I found an offer on amazon for headlight restoration, and they did an excellent job. The things that they could improve on, though, are having a correct phone number to reach them, and contacting a customer back within a timely manner. Also, their bathroom, with it's misspelled sign on it, could use a deep cleaning. The man at the desk also didn't introduce himself. All in all, a good job. :) read more

Came in for headlight restoration. Totally professional and clean operation. Sergio was very friendly and made everything go smoothly. Got an estimate for some trim and paint work as well. read more

I am generally skeptical about the working with new Auto Body Shop when ever I needed the services. But, I think I finally found one! Since then, I had Services done twice + one for my parent w/Diego. I have just too much good things to Say about them. No B/S just straight forward Best service you can receive, not to mention they do a excellent job of restoration for any type of damage to your car. Also, if you are Korean, no worries Here is Jin, who can assist anyone who aren't fluent in English. That takes a lot of stress out of anyone who are already in Stress mode due to the accident. I recommend to any one are reading this and I Thank Diego for your services!! read more

Had my headliner fixed as it was peeling off and pocked with holes. Now it looks brand spanking new! Service was fast and friendly.

Highly recommend this shop. I found them on yelp and called Diego the owner for a quote. He was extremely knowledgable, honest, and helpful, so I brought my car to his shop and was very impressed. He has a huge shop, state of the art equipment and most importantly some of the best mechanics and paint & body technicians in Orange County. Diego, the owner was always very open and honest and truly gave me the best possible deal. In the end the body work turned out perfect and I could not be happier. If your looking for honest quality work I would highly recommend Orange County Auto Collision. read more

I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. Drove from Los Angeles to Fullerton and it was worth both the mileage and the wait in traffic. Diego is incredibly professional and easy to work with. The finished product is superb and the price is exactly where it should be. As long as I'm in Southern California this is the only body shop I'll be using and I recommend the same to others. read more

Diego did a great job with my car. I had had a couple of accidents that caused several areas of the front of my car to need repair. He repaired the whole thing, and it looks great. His prices were as good or better than any place else, and he used more of the OEM parts than others were going to. I am very pleased. Highly recommended. read more

I'm very happy with the ease of scheduling my headlight restoration yesterday and more importantly, the great result.

I was extremely pleased with the service and the work that it was done to my car. I came in because I bought the 15 dollar headlight restoration from Groupon. They did a good job and my foggy headlights look brand new. Diego said it would last a long time, even outlast the car itself. He was very helpful and the deal on the headlights was a steal. read more

I do NOT recommend at all! Horrible service, took months to complete service that was supposedly only going to last the most 3 weeks. I had to keep coming back to the shop because his employees kept making mistakes on my car. Not professional work, not to be trusted. I always had to double check the work. He never kept my up to date with my car, and when I called he would not return my calls! What kind of customer service is this? My car left the shop with a lot more scratches than it came with. Yes it might be cheap, but you get exactly what you pay for. read more

Great fast friendly service. Very nice people and good customer service. Clean and polite.

Highly recommended this place! Someone rear ended my 6 month old car and didn't leave a note. The damage was very minimal yet when I went to shops to get quotes for repair it ranged from $650-$1,500. I happened to stumble across this yelp page and saw the $249 bumper repair deal. I thought it was too good to be true so I called to see what it covered. Diego answered the phone and said it sounds like it could be repaired with the bumper special, but I could send him a few pictures just to be sure. After seeing the pictures he said that it would qualify for the $249 bumper repair deal and that I was free to drop my car off any Monday-Thursday. I brought it in the next day and had my car back in 2 days! I am soo happy I found this place, thank you Diego! read more

Got into a small fender bender and did not want to go through insurance so I found this on yelp. I reached out and right away got a response and free quote through text. My rear bumper needed repairing and not replacing ($249 for it). I got a previous quote for almost $700. So I chose this spot! In addition To the bumper, I had paint scratches from a hit & run on the door and they buffed it off at no cost. Very helpful and friendly. The owner and his team did an amazing and clean job plus they have affordable prices. Highly recommend for your collision needs! Also left the inside and outside of my car very clean not even the dealerships take the time to do this. read more

Diego was cool. Took good care of us. Nice guy and always answers the phone or returns messages.

Had my rear bumper repaired a couple months ago. WOW!! Diego exceeded my expectations!! Very honest and saved me a lot of money. I was very impressed with the wait time and outcome of my car. Will definitely go back again. I'll recommend my family and friends to this company. Thanks again, so glad I found you guys. read more

Dropped off my Honda Pilot for repairs after getting a few estimates on it. Found this place via flyer that we happened to get our hands on and we are so glad we did! Diego made this experience stress free which is so nice after dealing with a few shady body shop places. Had to get the rear panel and bumper replaced, dropped it off last week and picked it up today and was pleased to see the excellent job they did, especially with the paint job. This place detailed my car (which saved me more money bc I was in need of one), hooked me up with a great rental car and got my car fixed! Even my father who is a hard man to impress was happy to work with Diego! Thank you so much and I hope we don't have to visit often (lol) but if we ever are in need we know who to go too! read more

Diego was very nice and professional. My bumper was scratched and it now looks brand new again! His Amazon Local deal had me try him out, and I'm glad I did... he was quick and I got my car back the next day! I now have an auto body shop for future needs. Thanks again. read more

Once again Diego at Orange County Collision has superseded my expectations. I brought my 2007 Honda Accord in because my wife got a newer SUV and I took her older car. It was beat up with a bunch of dings/dents and a big hole in the bumper. It was in the shop for a few days and I didn't want to bug my brother too much for rides so I rented a car for a few days. The rental was really convenient and not expensive at all. The repairs all look great. Living in Orange County I was a bit embarrassed driving my car around all beat up, now it shines like new. I let Diego know how much money I had to work with and he gave me a few options of what I could do. Some spots were just filled in with a paint marker of some sort and others were fixed and painted. Rather than replace the front bumper, they removed it, fixed and painted it, and then put it back on. The back bumper had a big hole in it so they replaced it with an aftermarket bumper that fits great. Anytime I see some damage on a car I want to tell them about Diego and his shop because most people think that the repair is going to be crazy expensive and they just can't afford it. Diego has brought the price and service to a perfect equilibrium where you can make your car look great without having to shell out a bunch of cash. I applaud this business and hope they do very well. Good businesses should always be rewarded and this business seems to be doing everything right. read more

I contacted Diego (the owner) at Orange County Collision and he and I talked a bit about what I wanted...his shop to paint and install a different bumper that I had purchased for the front of my 370Z Sportster (convertible). He ran into numerous issues with the bumper (waves and weakness in certain sections) that extended the time it took them. But, in the end, Diego's staff worked diligently to fix the issues and get the job done. When I saw the car after the work was done, I was EXTREMELY happy with how it turned out. The fit and finish and the paint job were FANTASTIC. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Diego said I would be happy with his work and he is definitely a man of his word. I am going to post several pictures to show the bumper before and the new bumper after installation. All I can say is "Thank you" for your craftsmanship and attention to detail. read more

Diego and Vincent were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make a happy client. My car had rear panel & bumper dent and scratches, and they repaired it as good as new along with additional front bumper work that I added on. They had a bumper special at the time and it was worth it!!! I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else and I did look at a few places in the area. I was also able to use a great yelp deal to save even more!! They did free touch up work around the whole car, and even buffed out a surface scratch mark on a mini-van that my wife brought in when I picked up my car. I was in a hurry for another appointment when I went to pick up my car and called in before arriving, and he understood my situation and had everything ready for me for a quick pickup! They worked well with my insurance and Hertz rental also came to the center to secure a rental car for me. I plan to get any future work done here, and recommend them highly!! Thank you, Vincent and Diego! read more
