I was really impressed because my car looked like they had detailed it. However, they did leave a paint stain or something on the driver seat. I just had the worst luck with my car, being "accidentally" hit by an auto repair shop. I took it into Orange County Collision and Glass Center for an estimate. I didn't realize the extent of the damages, until Diego gave me a rundown of what actually happened. Okay, REWIND to what happened to my car. I took it in to a "repair shop" to be looked at for a shaking that was felt in my car when I accelerate. They said they would look at it...they ended up damaging my vehicle by what they said was "accidentally hitting my car" with another vehicle. They said they would fix it and YADDA YADDA YADDA! Due to the horrible service from this place, my gf recommended me to see Diego at Orange County Collision. Now, back to my story...I spoke to Diego and gave him the story the "repair shop" told me and he looked at my car for less then 5 minutes and knew exactly what happened. Headlights came out clean and almost brand new looking. Update: Since posting my last review, Diego, the business owner, has only made negative comments towards me but zero efforts to resolve the issue or even at the very least refund the money I had paid for a service that I have not received. I purchased my groupon at the beginning of summer and still have not been able to get serviced. According to the fine print as provided by both Diego and Groupon, the merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the paid goods/services. Aside from that, Groupon does not provide refunds after three days of purchase. It's been almost four months. I have never asked for free service, I have only asked for what I paid for or my money back. Don't bring your business here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do any business with you. Wow!! I am still in AH of what Diego did for me! He saw on my review from a couple weeks back I wasn't too thrilled from the restoration job, only because the certain headlights I had (Saab 2003) wouldn't oxidize as well due to different material. He took the time to call me and make it right. This place is the Nordstrom's of auto body shops. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't. TRUST ME. So he offered to refund my money, (15$ from the groupon deal) but I declined and instead asked how much it would be for him to install a brand new pair of headlight housings I bought. FREE! I got the $19 Groupon special for the headlight restoration, read all of the great reviews and photos on here which encouraged my purchase. I made an appointment late afternoon, called the day of to schedule for an earlier time which was no problem. Walked in, very nice place, noticed the owner Diego was on the phone, there was a younger guy at the other desk who noticed me but didn't greet me. I sat down waiting for someone to approach me to see if I needed help with something or check me in, nothing. After about 10 minutes I walked up to the younger guy and told him what I was here for. He took my car keys and said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half, no problem. I walked to the nearest gas station to get something to drink because they had ran out of cups for their water dispenser thing in the lobby. The headlight restoration was finished before the time expected which I was pleased about. The results turned out great I am very satisfied with the restorations. read more

I am new to the area and yelped for nearest body shop for paint damage (severly keyed) on my car. He was very professional, explains in details and assure me that my car will be in brand new paint condition again. This place is absolutely wonderful. Diego is great to work with. I took my car in and was immediately helped by Diego... he walked around the car with me as I told him what I wanted fixed. I wanted to give an update. The other day I hit a tire on the freeway and it made a mark on my car. I was able to get it all off and noticed that there were some clear coat drip marks on my door from where I had the repair done last year. Oh where do I even begin... on Saturday July 9 2016, I brought a total of 5 wheels here for Diego to repair. I wanted to repaint 4 of them and fix the curb rash on one of them. When I brought the wheels here, the process was really smooth, Diego said they would be ready next week. I came back next week and the four wheels that needed the repaint had "drips" of clear coat. Diego said he didn't have a proper wheel mounter so the way they had propped them while clearing resulted in "drips". He told me to please mount the wheels on my car and bring it back on the car, so they could fix it while they were mounted on the car. The one wheel that needed the curb fixed had a very visible paint line and was not blended very well. I was not happy with the job, and he said to leave that wheel there and he would fix it before the next week. Saturday July 16 comes, I have the set of 4 wheels mounted on my car and bring them to Orange County Collision and Glass Center, and they bring the car back to the back. While they are working on it, I check out the wheel I had left there last week, and it was in the exact same condition as last week. Diego isn't there so I call him, and he said that they had been extremely backed up and did not have time to work on it. They finish up the 4 wheels on my car and the drips were gone, but it was as they burned it off and repainted the clear with a brush. It was very obvious and looked terrible. I call Diego again and they said they would have to repaint all 4 wheels. This would of course require me to remove the wheels first and bring them back. I leave the shop very unhappy. During the next week, I call the shop and try to reach Diego, but he does not pick up. I leave numerous voicemails, and the one time he calls me back, he puts me on hold immediately and does not come back for over 10 minutes, so I hang up. I finally reach him on Friday July 22 and I ask him why they have a guy that sits at the front desk if they never pick up the phone. He said he has them all forwarded to his cell phone because he wants to "know everything". I ask him about my wheel that is still at his shop and he said they fixed it, and it will be ready tomorrow. I asked him if he would be in the following weekend because I was not free tomorrow, and he said he was going on vacation so if i could come in on Friday July 29, it would be best to talk to him. I decided not to bring my set of 4 wheels back to the shop, as I deemed it too much of a hassle especially knowing they might mess up again, so I go in Friday July 29 and what a surprise, Diego is not there. I ask the guy at the front desk to please get my wheel and he brings it back to me, in the EXACT same condition as last time. I ask the guy what was the deal, and he said that Diego has been on vacation since last week and left them a list of cars/items to work on, and that my wheel was on the very bottom. WOW. Why would Diego tell me to come today if he wasn't going to be there? I demand that the wheel get fixed on the spot, so the paint guy works on it right on front me, and finally fixes it to my liking. While working on my wheel, the guy at the front desk tells me how upset some customers have been because Diego constantly under delivers. They were way behind on their work, and took on more work knowing they couldn't deliver the cars back on time. I cannot believe how terrible the service that Diego provides, and him being extremely unresponsive makes me want to make others aware to be careful before considering this shop. read more

Don't go to this place ! Diego lies about the car being ready . Doesn't return calls and didn't complete the work on our car . It took him over 2 months to get the work done incomplete. We had to physically drive down to get answers and it was always lies . Picked up our car with conditions he would complete when parts came in that we're in back order. We dropped car off 10 days ago and he never touched it for a job that he said would take 3 hours . Horrible communication and customer service . We do not recommend this place . Now we have to go pay someone else to complete the polish that was not completed . That he was paid for by insurance! Terrible experience!!! Stay away !! read more
