Diego Segura operates this business and recently closed Orange County Glass and Collision in Westminister. Review each before proceeding - Diego is a bondo specialist which is the cheapest and WRONG way to repair your car. - Google "Bondo Repair is Bad" and learn from it. Initially, a simple scratch/dent required the car to be cut in half (ludicrous) because it was irreparable per Diego. Furthermore his 5 year guaranty is worthless - within one month my car cracked and he reneged on fixing it. From missed deadlines, poor communication and most importantly gross negligence/work, your money is better elsewhere. I recommend Caliber Collision - they fixed all of Diego's mistakes. This is by far the worst body shop i have ever encountered. They promise the world to you when they want your business. As soon as they have you, everything changes. I was promised 1 month to finish the work. Took em 2 months and i have been lied its almost ready at least 4 times during those times. First time i went to pick up car i was waiting more than an hour when it was supposed to be ready previous week. They brought out the car as filthy as possible with tire not even mounted and did not even fix the defects promised. Last time they promised they would detail my lexus and used that as excuse to delay another 3 weeks min. But car was not even washed inside they left tons of dirt everywhere in leather. Today i realized they didnt even put the screw on for my sienna front bumper and it was misaligned. Car makes squeaky sound everytime i turn and this is absolutely the lowest quality and most shady business i ever dealt with. Beware of diego and his workers are lowest quality workers possible. BAR is not an "enforcement" agency, however, so they strongly recommend going to Small Claims Court for compensation. Body shop performed work on my car 9/6/18 with unsatisfactory results such as an unpainted area (can see the plastic bumper cover material); runny paint from masking tape. I will not go into the verbal abuse and blaming the customer for worksmanship. Owner and manager decided to Void the contract and refund my payment of $400 via company check 12/14/18 through check. Shop and I both have Chase and prior to depositing on 3 occasions: non-sufficient funds. No one really wants to have a need for a collision center in the first place. If you should ever have a need for a collision center, Diego at O.C. Collision Center is the place to go. Though I've never had a need for actual collision repair, Diego and his team have performed several different services for me in the past that turned out to be spectacular and more than reasonable in price. He's done headlight restoration on my last two trucks. He replaced a cracked fog light that was in dire need of repair with an OEM replacement. He's even repaired rock chip damage to my front bumper with a repaint that matched flawlessly. I got an estimate from Diego last week for a new need. I got hit while parked, that resulted in my left-rear chrome bumper being pushed in about 3 inches from a service truck with a lift-gate backing up. Nothing is broken, bent, or cracked. It just needs to be pulled back out and realigned. His estimate was surprisingly affordable and the repair can be performed while I wait. I will likely do that tomorrow and hope to provide before and after pics after the service is performed. I've also referred many friends to Diego at O.C. Collision. I got the $19 Groupon special for the headlight restoration, read all of the great reviews and photos on here which encouraged my purchase. I made an appointment late afternoon, called the day of to schedule for an earlier time which was no problem. Walked in, very nice place, noticed the owner Diego was on the phone, there was a younger guy at the other desk who noticed me but didn't greet me. I sat down waiting for someone to approach me to see if I needed help with something or check me in, nothing. After about 10 minutes I walked up to the younger guy and told him what I was here for. He took my car keys and said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half, no problem. I walked to the nearest gas station to get something to drink because they had ran out of cups for their water dispenser thing in the lobby. The headlight restoration was finished before the time expected which I was pleased about. The results turned out great I am very satisfied with the restorations. read more

Diego Segura isn't a man of his word. He gave me a price we agreed on and then during the process he kept asking for more money. He kept delaying the work causing friction between me and him of course I payed more money to get the job done but at a certain point enough is enough. He never finished the work that I payed for and not to mention the unprofessional person he is wouldn't return my phone calls or txt. To me he is a thief and scum which I told him to his face. Very sad experience. Diego has been amazing to our family for more then 10 years. However, this time when I went for small service to fix my wife's car bumper I was left in shock! Three problems occurred. Problem #1It took more then the 1 day promised. Didn't get my car back till 3-4 days later for a 2-4 hour job. Problem #2 Came to pick it up my car and the windows were all down parked and unlocked on the street. OMG! The car smelled like total weed. Come on now my wife works for the government and I have infant. Problem #3 it gets worse. Keep reading . The miles from on the car changed. Who does this? It was given at was back considerably different from what was turned. Very upset!!! Next time will call call the cops. Will let this one go because Diego has been good to our family. But whomever this employee was needs to be fired ASAP!!! I could have gotten pulled over and taken to jail for this. My wife and kids left stranded on the freeway. read more

Bought a living social voucher for headlamp restoration. Was delayed in going to vendor, so I called and they said it could not be used. Not even the "paid value" . There was nothing they could do about it. So, being that I had an appointment and was going over to the business, quickly purchased another voucher. The business of course honored the unexpired one, and overall headlamp service was OK. The customer service was otherwise terrible as the Associate was overall unfriendly, unhelpful, and didn't seem to care if I gave him the business or not. I talked to them about what they could do for me for the expired voucher. And, they said I could not use it for anything. Also, they said they would not get paid for it anyway from living social. I argued but to no avail. I called living social, and they agreed that the "paid value" needs to be honored by the business. They called the business but no one would answer. They also said that the business gets paid for every voucher, used or not. So, do not recommend this place at all. read more

Had them paint my trunk and my wing. OEM Honda trunk came out fine, but aftermarket fiberglass wing was not the best. I know aftermarket composite parts aren't the easiest or favorites of body shops, but OC Collision painted it twice and it's still not done to a very high standard. I realize this isn't a high end body shop, but here were my issues which shouldn't have existed: drilled out rivet bouncing around the inside of my hollowed wing and big clear coat drip. Upon driving out to pick up the wing the first time, i pointed out paint issues that had to do with their prep work on the fiberglass (where the paint had the visual effect of paint thinner used on it for lack of a better description). Basically it looked like the paint didn't want to stick. They painter who was loading it into the car for me was clearly urging me to accept it because he didn't want to redo it, telling me it was normal and not that bad. I did not want to accept it and asked them to redo it. That's when it came back with a big obvious glob of clear coat drippage. At this point it had been way longer than it should take for a wing to be painted so i took it and left. I'll get it repainted somewhere else someday. 4 stars for the paint on my trunk, but 2 star for my wing experience and final result so they get a 3 star average for their rating. read more

I found OC Collision on Groupon and it was an awesome deal. I needed repairs on the rear bumper of my BMW. They did an excellent job and my car looked new after the repairs. I was really impressed because my car looked like they had detailed it. However, they did leave a paint stain or something on the driver seat. I called them right away and they said to bring my car back in that they will make sure the stain is removed. Overall, I was very happy with the service. read more

A few months ago I shopped around to get some aftermarket parts installed on my new vw golf. I received some quotes in the area, some gave me some good estimates, some were overpriced, but each time their customer service was lacking something. There were even cases where they acted put out when I asked them for estimates on the work. The majority time I didn't get a good honest feeling about a place. If your like me, cars are my passion, and I don't want anyone touching my car that isn't going to care for it like I would. Diego was great to work with and I am more than happy with the install. I am currently going back for more aftermarket upgrades, and if all still goes well, I definitely will be coming back for years. Great prices, high quality work and great customer service. (Review actually was written summer 2013) Since my initial review I have gone back to Diego again and again. He has done repairs for me and assisted in after market installs on my golf. Took my car in to get my headlights restored after buying the $15 groupon, and am very satisfied with Diego and his services. I arrived at 10AM and was although Diego was busy with another customer, he greeted myself and my girlfriend and directed us to the office to wait. Although I was quoted an hour and a half, the whole thing took just over an hour, probably because my headlights weren't that bad to begin with. The left side was worse than the right, but afterwards both of them looked almost new. There's still a little oxidation on the worse of the two, but it looks like it was is on the inside of the housing and not the outside, which I'm not going to fault Diego for. Update: Since posting my last review, Diego, the business owner, has only made negative comments towards me but zero efforts to resolve the issue or even at the very least refund the money I had paid for a service that I have not received. I purchased my groupon at the beginning of summer and still have not been able to get serviced. According to the fine print as provided by both Diego and Groupon, the merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the paid goods/services. Aside from that, Groupon does not provide refunds after three days of purchase. It's been almost four months. I have never asked for free service, I have only asked for what I paid for or my money back. Don't bring your business here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do any business with you.
