Diego was amazing and kept in contact with me and Geico throughout my entire repair. The front desk guy were also very friendly and helpful, At times Diego was like an Octopus with 8 arms, grabbing phones, grabbing things off the printer, running credit cards, etc. all at the same time while all very organized. I highly recommend this repair shop. What's even better is that two blocks down is an Enterprise rental branch, and they'll give you a lift to Enterprise so that you can get a rental if you need one; all on the same street which is very convenient. Orange County Collision is very clean and the reception area is nice and comfortable. Diego, who was my main contact is even a car enthusiast himself. When I picked up my car I asked him if I should put a new coat of wax on my freshly painted hood. He told me to wait at least a month, out of an abundance of caution, just so that the paint completely cures. I've babied my 2008 BMW for the 8 years that I've had her; in fact, most people are very surprised to learn that my car is so old-that's because I keep it in great shape-so I especially appreciate advice like this from guys like Diego. Orange County Collision really has some excellent employees that know all about cars, the insurance industry, etc. You can tell the employees are taken care of and they're very experienced and know what they're doing and also that they've held their positions for a long time, which says a lot about the company. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this body shop, especially with Diego. I brought my car in for a job that I was originally told would take approximately two days. Instead, they kept my car for nine days. When I finally got it back, I discovered that a significant portion of the work I had paid for was either not completed at all or was not done properly. The most serious issue was the spoiler installation. The spoiler was installed incorrectly, and they drilled multiple unnecessary holes into my trunk lid, including holes that are outside the area covered by the spoiler. The drilling damage even extends through the trunk area into the interior structure of my car. My vehicle now has damage that did not exist before I brought it to them. Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly given explanations and promises that did not match what actually happened. I requested a refund for the services that were not properly performed, but my money was not refunded. I trusted this shop with my car and paid them to perform specific work. Instead, I lost time and money and received my vehicle back with additional damage. Based on my personal experience, I would never trust this shop with my vehicle again, and I cannot recommend them. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here, I strongly recommend documenting the condition of your car, the exact work you agreed to, and every payment before leaving your vehicle with them. read more

I came in to get my quarter panel fixed as it was pretty badly scratched up. Diego did the inspection and estimate and before leaving let me know that though they may not be the cheapest they stand by their work and strive for high quality (plus they offer rental car for free if you spend a specific amount). I did a little bit of shopping around and came back a month later to get the work done as they were not only the most personable out of everyone, they also spent a lot of time explaining everything that was going to happen and why they were going to do what they were. We go through the paperwork and off we go. When I come back to get my car at the end of the week, not only do they fix my car, he touched up some of the paint and detailed the car. I was beyond surprised that they did that for me. These guys are some of the friendliest people I've met and they definitely went above and beyond for me. Even give me deductible assistance. Free rental, free touch up work and full detail wax job.. What's else can I ask for? Very honest people and they will go the extra mile. Thanks Diego read more

I purchased two $15 headlight restoration coupons on Amazon and brought both my 1995 Ford E150 custom van and my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe to OCC last month. The headlights on the Ford Van came out okay. The owner, Diego, explained that due to the style and age of the headlights, that this was the best they could do. Next I brought in the Santa Fe and the headlights were really bad making it hard to see at night. Well, I was amazed at how they looked when the job was completed. They looked just like they did when I bought the car when it was new! That night, when I turned on my headlights, I was shocked at the amount of light beaming from my headlights which only told me how really bad they had been. I could actually see the road in front of me. I didn't realize how little light I was driving with and was glad that it wasn't my eyesight failing...just the horribly oxidated lenses that barely let light out! That was the best $30 I have spent in some time... Thanks Diego for delivering what was promised and being honest about the situation with the Ford Van. read more

A+ work. They're not the cheapest place around, but their paintwork and bodywork is second to none. The surface texture is a perfect match to factory paint, the tricky metallic color on my BMW is a perfect match, and the customer service is fantastic. They stand by their work 100%. They refinished one of my panels when it had a dent that was not there when I dropped it off. I do a lot of my own work, including trim panels and whatnot, so I can't comment on tiny fit and finish details, but for a car enthusiast and avid DIYer, I will keep returning to oc collision for all my paint and bodywork needs. I've already used their services twice on one vehicle (when I bought it salvaged, and when I rear ended someone who did a no-look lane change). Both times they were happy to fix my car with the parts I brought. Included are before and after photos of each crash. Thanks Diego and Team read more

The staff at Orange County Collision and Glass Center made sure we had the best experience possible. Dealing with them and my insurance company was a breeze. Needless to say it's hard to find clean run businesses with such nice folks willing to help without taking advantage of a desperate customer. I've had a few minor fender benders and every time I always take it to Orange County. (Third time in the same area, people don't know how to drive there) Their work is professional, efficient and it's done on time with great communication about when the vehicle should be finished. I do hope your car is always safe and do not have to go to an auto body, but if you do have to the service at Orange County Collision and Glass Center will be unparalleled. Not only that, but they are the nicest people I've ever dealt with when repairing my car. read more

I've never had such a pleasant experience with fixing my car before coming here.I know this place is new but After a bad accident, the first thing I wanted to deal with was a body shop in the fullerton area, but all of the employees were so nice and knowledgeable the entire process was stress free. Diego and his crew handled everything with my insurance company and made it super easy. They were also extremely fast, and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Hopefully I never get in an accident again, but since i know that's probably not going to happen, I feel comfortable knowing a have a great body shop there for me. If your worried about finding a place to bring your car, I suggest you go there because it's so hassle free with truly the best customer service you will find. Thanks guys read more

Orange County Collision was able to repair my vehicle quickly and did fantastic work! After dropping off my vehicle, they quickly assessed my SUV and gave me a call back within a few hours to give me an idea of parts, time, and cost. They finished as expected and I was able to pick up a repaired and clean vehicle. I rely on my car heavily so it was important to me that the work was top notch. They gave me options, had great service, and even gave me some advice in working with my insurance company. I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of work at Orange County Collision. I will definitely be returning should I need any repairs or auto body work in the future. Tyler was really helpful at the desk and Diego was really clear in terms of the repair process! I took my Audi A8 after the adjacent warehouse spray paint landed on it causing serious damage to its paint. Believe it or not Orange County Collision and Glass Center did such a thorough job, besides restoring it to its original state it has been glowing even better than what it was when I got it from the showroom. You guys are doing a great job and are a blessing for people who love their cars. I would also highly recommend them for the quality products used Thanks again. read more

Mr. Segura, the owner, has been such a delight to work with! He's really focused on customer service and is not the typical body shop you'll ever encounter! He's straight-forward, honest, very reasonable, reliable and very professional with his services.
