He had done work on several of their family's cars, and she was very satisfied. I called the shop and had my 1997 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 towed there, as my teenage son had damaged something, driving it, and it would no longer shift. They called me the day after it arrived, and said it needed a rebuild. Likely since it is a Chevy with almost 200K on it. They did the work in about a week, and for a price of $1700 fro oem parts. A LOT less than the quotes I got everywhere else. This was in 2014, and up to the date I sold it this year, it ran great, smooth shifts, and no issues. Now I need work on my Silverado, so I hope they still do good work. We shall see!

Unfortunately, when I arrived, Carson was heading out for a break, so I had the displeasure of working with Langston at the front desk. Langston told me that Carson had given me the incorrect quote over the phone, which was fine; I just said I would go elsewhere for cheaper. When I told him this, he responded that his prices are the way they are because he uses quality parts. I asked him if the part would be aftermarket, and he said "it's Japanese." That didn't answer my question, so I asked him if the brand was Denso, and he said "yes, that's Japanese, right?" Aside from my interaction with him, I saw Langston being rude and giving attitude to my guy Carson after he came back from his break for no reason at all. I ended up going elsewhere to get the job done with the same Denso part for $100 less (close to the original quote that Carson gave me). Moral of the story is that I don't trust Langston, and I certainly don't like how he was treating Carson. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude today was enough to make me question coming back here in the future (which is unfortunate because everyone else here is really kind and patient). I got a few quotes before deciding to bring my 2014 Prius Plug-in here, and I'm really glad I did…read more They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, but I felt like they charged what they needed to in order to get the job done I had no idea they even worked on hybrids because I never saw that mentioned anywhere, and I think more people should know. They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.
