    Good beer selection
    Dion J.

Beer is pretty good for a new brewery. Have been in here a few times ans always enjoyed the beer. They have snacks you can order but no food. Two words of caution. The hood can get a little sketchy at night. I knocked one star off because the prices are getting a little ridiculous for a pint of beer. Pints are either $7 or $8 now. Ouch.

We decided to get a flight while sitting at the bar. The atmosphere in here is amazing.

My wife and I have been so excited to come to Oracle Brewing and have been peeking in every chance we get, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! The beers are amazing, we tried nearly every one on the menu and they were all phenomenal. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and eager to help, despite the brewery being a gratuity-free establishment. Walking in the door almost makes you forget what city you're in because of the cool, sleek, modern feel of the decor. I definitely see us becoming regulars at Oracle Brewing!

    Great beer!

Let me start off first by saying I'm so glad saginaw has a place like this. It is a seat yourself and order at the bar style! What is really interesting is that they do not accept tips I think it's a really neat concept and new to Saginaw! The staff was very attentive and new a lot about all the beers on draft. She even helped me picked out some beers based on what I told her I enjoy. I loved all the beers I had and can't wait to go back and try out some more I hope this place does great because it is definitely something saginaw needed!

Great beer, rotating taps, good atmosphere. Only gripe is no food but they're food friendly. Try the C-Beans!

The dill pickle ranch was packed with dill and had good flavor. The meals were the Pesto Chicken Salad, and not pictured the Reuben Turkey. The salad was a smaller portion than I expected, but priced appropriately at just $12 is a great deal. The Basil Pesto dressing is divine, so flavorful and the goat cheese was perfect. This salad will absolutely bring me back. The selection of craft beer, cider, mead, and wines was outstanding - we each opted for a flight and got to try 8 amazing selections. Also priced at just $12 for a flight - it was a great deal. The cherry wheat was the best cherry wheat I've ever tried, this brewery absolutely needs to begin distributing. I'd love to offer this selection at our bar. My one complaint (because I'm super picky and quite snobby about sauces) - the ranch needs to be homemade. With so many delicious dressing and sauce recipes on the menu it's a really big disappointment to have ranch that's not homemade. For me being a sauce snob - that's a deal breaker for me at any restaurant. Overall - our experience, service and vibe here was outstanding and we felt comfortable and right at home. Our server was fantastic, the ambiance inside is very chill and relaxing, and the food was great. I'll still give ya 5 stars because it was really great overall!

We ordered the Ancho Nachos with a side of beer cheese. The beer cheese was fantastic and honestly what made the nachos enjoyable. The melted cheese on the nachos themselves was pretty sparse, so having the beer cheese on the side was key. One thing I really liked was the banana peppers. They were a nice acidic surprise that added a pop of flavor in place of your traditional jalapeños. I think the dish would benefit from more tomatoes or a fresh salsa to brighten everything up. The biggest thing holding the nachos back was the chips. They were thick, grainy, old-style nacho chips that tasted a bit like cardboard. A better chip would elevate the entire dish! At $16 for a fairly modest bowl of nachos, I expected a more polished and elevated offering. The flavors are there, and the beer cheese is excellent, but the overall execution doesn't quite match the price point. Overall, I'd happily return for the cider, friendly service, and enjoyable atmosphere. A few small tweaks to the nachos could make them every bit as good as the rest of the experience.

A friend had recommended the brewery and said they had good pub food so we decided to dine here. We dined outside on the patio and had a perfect view of the river below. We even ended up seeing the paddle boat as it docked!! I had a mocktail which contained housemaid watermelon juice, and ginger beer and was very refreshing. My nephew ordered a pizza with pepperoni and cheese, and I ordered the fish and chips. Both of us were shocked when the pizza arrived as its size was far from personal pizza size . It was at least a medium! You could tell it had been made in a pizza oven. The crust was nice and crispy and golden brown with a little bit of char on the back. Yum.!! My nephew who is somewhat of a pizza connoisseur said it was very good. It was loaded with cheese and plenty of pepperoni too. My fish and chips were supposed to be beer, battered in one of the ales that they make here but in all honesty it really didn't taste like it to me. It tasted like a standard frozen cod that had been pre-battered so I was disappointed. It wasn't that it wasn't tasty. It just was not what I expected. The coleslaw was also quite interesting. I'm not sure what it was made of, but it was not the shredded cabbage style, but I am used to -the french fries were french fries - nothing spectacular and did not taste like they had been fresh cut. I had asked our server what was more popular between the fish and chips and the schnitzel and she had advised the fish and chips were more popular and her own personal preference. We were both too full to even take a look at the dessert menu and again had plenty of food left over. My nephew took his pizza with him. Service was very good being outside. I know it had to have been kind of a pain to come and check on us periodically but our staff member did so with perfect frequency. I think I'd definitely return here to try a burger, but I can't recommend the fish and chips. My nephew definitely recommends the pizza.!!
