The management sucks, they don't was their hands and now I have MRSA. They treat you like cattle and nothing is clean.

Dr. Greggory Jones has been my Primary Care Physician for years - over a decade and a half; as well…read moreas that of my wife, mother, and aunt. This is one of the few times in a Yelp where I am at a loss for things to say, because I have so many *good* things to say about him. Granted - no man is a superman. Even doctors have their limits as to what they can do for their patients - but what Dr. Jones IS... is patient, easygoing and insightful; as well as competent in his knowledge and advice. He even has a dry sense of humor that kind of comes out and at you out of left field at the most surprising times. What he's NEVER been in the time he's been my doctor, is pushy or over insistent on a particular test or procedure or point of view. He's always stated his hunches... his suspicions..and his medical opinions to me and my family as if we were human beings with a brain. We've never felt talked down to or patronized in any way, shape or form. Something the wife and I really like is that we've never felt rushed in his office. When either one of us, or both, are there - we are his sole focus. He's attentive and helps us to feel like we are all partners in our health care. If he doesn't know something - he's not afraid to say so, and to find out more information to discuss during a later visit - or to give a referral to another Doctor, specialist or other resource where we can find more answers. He works out of Beaver Advantage in Redlands, tucked away in a nice little residential neighborhood. The place has a cozy but friendly feel to it, and the staff is always friendly. Granted - sometimes you have to wait, but such is the lot of those of us in managed care; and besides - the office and waiting rooms are comfy. My only minor complaint is that sometimes his own staff can be a bit "bubble headed" when it comes to keeping some of the necessary forms on file (aka I've had to fill out the HIPA form to allow my wife access to my medical records probably around three times now) - but it's certainly not enough to remove s star. If you get a chance - do try to choose Dr. Jones as one of your primary care physicians - he honestly seems to care; and unfortunately, that kind of thing is becoming more and more rare these days. Oh - as an interesting side note.. He kinda has a passing resemblance to the actor.. Hugo Weaving. Whenever he walks into the room I expect him to go... "Greetings... Mr. Anderson... Its time for your exam...".

I'm going to give a 3 for bad customer service. Haven't even seen the doctor yet. Called the office…read moreand was passed around to various hold lines. Then I spoke to a nurse who said she could schedule me but I needed to register first. Was passed to the registration department and guided through that process. Then, was passed back to the scheduler who said that he isn't accepting new patients. When I asked why I needed to register as a new patient in order to find out that he isn't accepting new patients, they didn't have a good answer. Just makes me wonder how good they are at handling other administrative processes that could be more life threatening like lab results and other paperwork.

This is my honest review and experience for this facility and staff. I have been going to this…read moreoffice for two years now. Appointments are easy to make and you can usually be seen within a day or two at most. No problems with rescheduling or when you're a few minutes late. On most occasions the gals in the front are helpful & friendly. This unfortunately is not always the case. Over the last 2 years I have seen the same Nurse Practitioner and up until this point have been very satisfied with the care I received. This NP has spent time going over the details of my chart with me when I was waiting for insurance authorization. He's also been helpful with little life tips that simply seem to make sense. After the care I received recently I will no longer attend this this office. Here's my most recent experience: Appt was on a Wed 14th. Arrived and tell the checking in nurse who I've had a few times and lacks bedside manner why I was there; fainting spell the Sunday before, 11 positive home pregnancy test and a missed period for 4 days. I go to end of office to drop my urine sample. Walk back to my assigned room toward the front of the building. I anxiously wait in the room and begin to hear this!...Voice of two back office girls very loud. "Is she pregnant!?" "No if she was there would be the hormone." "No don't do it again she's not pregnant." The comments continued very loud without any regard for my privacy and confidentiality. I was beginning to feel sick to my stomach as they continued to banter over their own opinions about testing. NP comes into room. I explain fainting and show him my injury and explain the multiple positive tests. He asks, "Did they take a urine sample?" I reply "yes." He opens my chart and says it's negative and to go for blood-work. He is caring and reassuring that it may not show so early. If he actually viewed my results himself why ask if my sample was taken!? My conclusion the loud chatty assistants read and reported my results. I return to the waiting room feeling confused and upset. I'm called to the front by another girl who gives me my lab order. I say to her, " hi were you the one who read my results?" She replied in a short tone "Why! Do you have a question?" I reply "um yes I was wondering if you even saw a very faint line since I took 11 hpts and they're all positive. Her exact words, "It was negative!" and she walks away...she offered no empathy or even showed the slightest bit of care. She was rude and condescending. NP tells me my results will be available 2-3 days on Friday or Monday at latest. I confirm when going for blood with lab they assure me since I went first thing Thursday morning my results would be sent on Friday or Monday at latest. I call office late Friday afternoon and results are not available. I log into lab portal online and it states labs have been sent to Dr. already. I call again Monday and they are still not available and told it could take a week. Portal online still confirms it's available. At this point it's been 1 day shy of a week and I have no results. My recent experience was very traumatic. In what should be a happy time I left feeling scared and confused. I immediately picked up 4 more test and they too were all positive. Now wether my test was inaccurately read, expired or way less sensitive than a home pregnancy test I cannot say for sure. What I can say is I do not recommend this office. Again my privacy was not respected and the staff lacks professionalism. There's a minimum standard when it comes to health care and I believe this facility barely meets it. With that being said even with minimum care I believe bedside manner and professionalism is extremely important. The staff at this facility does not conduct themselves with care and professionalism. I have filed a grievance with my insurance and changing providers. Please consider all your options! Update: I called the office again on Tuesday (previously called for results on Friday and Monday) I was told they still have not arrived even though I can clearly see the results online from the lab. I request to speak to the NP or anyone else besides the girl who is simply blaming the lab for the error. Nobody would speak to me. My gut and the obvious tells me it was the offices error not the lab. I received a phone call on Wednesday one week after my initial appointment and 5 days past the time the lab work confirms it was sent to doctors office. Again I would encourage you to think a great deal before deciding to go to this office.

This office is the worst!! The front office ladies are rude and don't care. I would have to wait 2…read moreweeks or 2 months to get my meds filled. I even took faxes to the office to show my pharmacy was sending them. They would always say they never received the request for refills. I even called the office and told them my medical was ending at the end of the month and to please give me extra months worth till I get something else. W Well as I'm writing this they didn't do it. I take two types of blood pressure meds plus pain pills...which I took my last one today..The doctor himself I have no problem with its his staff. They are lazy..heartless..and straight out don't give a Shit!! Beware people don't go to this office.
