My sib is a shy person, and recognizing this, the staff facilitated her meeting other residents that they knew she'd get along with. The facility has a very homey rather than institutional, feel to it. There are plenty of planned activities that residents are encouraged to take part in. A special shout-out to the nursing staff for their professionalism and for being quick to respond whenever I had a question or issue. My parents love the food, they get help with their showers, and the caregiving team truly looks them over to make sure everything physically is going well. (One caregiver found my moms leg swollen and it was discovered she had a blod clot.) Had it not been for her looking out and paying attention to the leg change this could have turned into a stroke. I'm positive this would not have been caught at the other place I had my parents. I have used this company for two separate reasons over a period of about 6 months in 2025 and I…read morehighly recommend them. In my situation, the caregivers were going to a facility to provide some one-on-one care in addition to the facility provided caregivers. I would say 98% of the time, the individuals sent were on time and excellent. I think there were 3 people we asked them to not send back, not because they were horrible but more because of just not being a good fit compared to other individuals they sent. Almost everyone they sent was incredibly personable, helpful and engaged. After a while you tend to get a regular team of the same individuals, which helps. I think we had only a few call outs. About 50% of the time they could get a replacement but because of our specific needs and a tiny window to find the replacement, it wasn't always possible. Communication with the scheduler by text is very easy. They respond immediately and are excellent to work with. I would say the only thing that I found annoying was the long, involved process of getting the account set up and the volume of information they believed they needed (and I fought with them on a lot of it and refused to provide a certain amount of information because it really was not necessary; I also had to talk to 2-3 people BEFORE we could even schedule the meeting for the evaluation.
