FOR THE LOVE OF MOTHER MARIA AND CHRIST…read more DONT BRING ANY WHEELS HERE FOR THIS BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE OPEN 5/7/26 brought a set of 20s three pieces. ASKED TO strip, clean up and rebuild. Promise and provided lead time to 5/14 to pick up. During the week time span, asking for updates, colors no response. Called no response. 5/14 came around, meet at the shop to check out the work. Very disappointed, he didn't stripped the powder coat down like previously request, paint straight on top of powder with no primer. (Like a botch job). Asked eddie martinez (the business owner) why he did this?. His response was "I was from job to job and didn't have time and asked a friend to finish for me". Utter disappointment, and somehow I felt bad for the guy and believed the story. So i decided to extend the lead date so he can proper finish the job. 5/19 Asked if the wheels were ready to pick up. And eddie's excused was "my parents got to a car accident and can't do it rn". I don't understand why he has to lie like that and provide misinformation. So i want to give him the last chance to do it and asked if he can get it done Friday 5/29. He said "he'll do it". 5/29 came around ask him if is done, no response. Told him i would be there pick up the wheel 3pm. But want to come in early to check his credibility. Trusted my instinct, i was right, played me By a fool, didn't strip down, said he'll sand blasted to clear out all the chipping. Didn't go through with it. Btw, the job is ($500), asked for a full refund, said that was labor and paint he going to eat. Only refund $400, with damaged rims. Have to draft a demand letter through my attorney and request his to pay me. Then caved in and willing to only refund the $400. Thieves stealing $100 from me. Don't do business with him ever, only want cheap and fast job. No business license and worked within a bodyshop, have to escalate through the shop owner for him to call back and pay up.

Best Customer Service…read more This American Tire location; has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! My tire suddenly went flat, so I stopped by this location at 5:58 PM hoping they could just put some air in it. I didn't realize they were closing at 6 PM, so I felt terrible for showing up so late. There was an amazing young man with blonde hair--I unfortunately didn't catch his name--who went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain my options. Even though they were already closing, he made sure I knew what I could do to get my tire fixed and didn't make me feel like a burden at all. Everyone inside was also incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. You could tell they genuinely cared about helping customers, even at the end of their shift. I'm so grateful for the kindness I received that evening. This is truly what exceptional customer service looks like! Thank you, American Tire!

I came to America's Tire specifically to get a wheel alignment on my Toyota Tacoma. The alignment…read moreitself was completed, but I was very disappointed with the sales experience. The salesperson who helped me, Ian, recommended that I replace all four tires. I told him I understood I would eventually need tires and that I planned on purchasing them later. He then told me that I should buy the tires today because if I replaced them later, I would have to pay to have the alignment done all over again. That made me feel pressured to purchase four tires immediately instead of simply getting the alignment I came in for. Ian also advised against rotating the tires, saying they were already in the best positions based on their condition. Before leaving, I asked for the initial inspection report, because I wanted to see the tread-depth measurements that supported the recommendation to replace all four tires. I was told the information was included in the paperwork they gave me. After getting home and carefully reviewing all the paperwork, there are no tread-depth measurements for any of the four tires anywhere on the documents. If all four tires were inspected closely enough to recommend replacing them and to determine that they were already in their "best positions," I would expect actual tread-depth measurements to have been taken and documented--especially after I specifically asked for them. I'm not claiming that my tires will never need replacement. My concern is that four new tires are a significant expense, and I believe a recommendation to replace all four should be supported by actual tread measurements rather than sales pressure. The alignment service itself was completed, but the experience left me questioning whether the tire recommendation was based on an actual documented inspection or an attempt to sell me four tires I wasn't ready to purchase.
