There was never any issues about the bill, if we were going to be late, they gave us time without question. DirecTV were very fair people, unlike At&t who are just out to RIP everyone off for as much as they can. At&t are the LOWEST of the low. They don't offer discounts to elderly people, and they are unwilling to help anyone, especially in a pandemic. There was never a long term contract after the initial setup, just month to month. I was told that $25 can be removed, and I can cancel on the old contract date of 4/1/2018. So I called 3/20/2018 to cancel directv, then I was told that att had listened the recording and I agreed that one more year contract. The customer service is Jacob JH0504 had very bad attitude. Such big company has tried to cheated on the customer who had been with att for more than 40 years. Amazing such high tech company can not change small things immediately.
