Their service was excellent I called and was at their store within 30 minutes. Waited about 5 minutes and the technician started the transfer of data from my older iPhone to my new one. He was cordial and knowledgeable. He had explained difficulties that might occur before he started. Everything went as explained. The fee was very reasonable. Way better than anyone else I talked to and the fact that they will pick up and deliver at no extra charge is unbelievable.
