As you can see in the photos, the technician intentionally refused to use the deep wall pins (left completely exposed in the air) to read the interior structural framing. Instead, he forced the flat back of the meter against the shallow drywall surface to flash 112 and 138 baseline readings, trying to falsely claim a deep structural leak was 'dry' to protect the landlord. I have to say there are two categories of people out there, those that really want to see humanity thrive and be healthy and those who have a selfish agenda and don't care about their fellow humans.
