Everyone was patient in answering my many questions and scheduled our moisture and mold inspection promptly. Our inspector, Elizabeth, arrived exactly on time, immediately put us at ease, explained everything clearly, and investigated and documented the situation with exceptional attention to detail. Because we were especially worried about our child with asthma being exposed to mold, she even called us the next day with the preliminary results before the full written report was ready. The final report was clear, comprehensive, well documented, and easy to understand. After the remediation was completed, Elizabeth returned for the post-remediation sampling and was once again thoughtful, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with. Of the many contractors, investigators, and inspectors we've dealt with in the aftermath of the leak, Air Quality Testers stood out for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine kindness. It took me about 2 years to fully recover, so I am extremely hesitant to rent anywhere that has the faintest musty odor. I first hired Graham in Fall 2020 when I was in a cute Berkeley duplex that had an odd odor in the living room. I hired him again when I moved into a condo rental across town that I only realized had water damage after I'd moved in, because it had been tenant occupied when I toured it and their possessions hid much of the water damage. I most recently hired Graham in 2023, after historic heavy rains caused water damage to a window in the Edwardian SF rental I was living in. I had him come by after the window leaks were repaired but before the repair person closed the wall up. Graham gave me the piece of mind that the repair was done correctly and that the apartment otherwise was in good condition with respect to his area of expertise. Graham has always been professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I have recommended him to several friends and anyone else who mentions the slightest concern about mold or water damage in their home.
