Our inspector, Elizabeth, arrived exactly on time, immediately put us at ease, explained everything clearly, and investigated and documented the situation with exceptional attention to detail. Because we were especially worried about our child with asthma being exposed to mold, she even called us the next day with the preliminary results before the full written report was ready. The final report was clear, comprehensive, well documented, and easy to understand. After the remediation was completed, Elizabeth returned for the post-remediation sampling and was once again thoughtful, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with.
