He was honest in telling me that for a residential test, there is no need to do the more expensive test while other companies only quoted me the highest test. I paid extra for faster results as my heater is currently inoperable until I can confirm that there is no asbestos coming out of my unit. We did not receive our preliminary report as expected (took a week and a follow up text, rather than the 2-3 business days communicated) and the final report was the same (took two weeks and a follow up text after the samples were taken, rather than the one week communicated). If your needs require tighter timing or more proactive communication, maybe consider alternatives but we did get the results we paid for and are happy with the price.
