Because we were just doing this for safety and not for documentation (for example, related to a real estate transaction), they recommended that we get a $200-300 digital meter instead of springing for them to come out and test ($900). That meter showed consistently that we are at 1-2 pCi/L, which is an acceptable level. I am really impressed with this company that values integrity and honesty above profit!

We did not receive our preliminary report as expected (took a week and a follow up text, rather than the 2-3 business days communicated) and the final report was the same (took two weeks and a follow up text after the samples were taken, rather than the one week communicated). If your needs require tighter timing or more proactive communication, maybe consider alternatives but we did get the results we paid for and are happy with the price.
