Booking and pricing experience Communication was easy and transparent. No aggressive upselling, no pressure to add unnecessary services. They also offer solid incentives if you schedule on a weekend and are flexible with payment options, which I appreciated. Service experience The crew showed up on time and finished everything efficiently in about two hours. They did not show up with flashy uniforms or branded trucks, but honestly that mattered far less than the quality of the work. They clearly knew what they were doing and moved with purpose. They went the extra mile by pulling out the dryer and cleaning it thoroughly from the inside, not just the vent line. Bathroom exhaust fans were cleaned properly as well, which is something a lot of companies rush through. Results This is a relatively newer house so there wasn't a ton of buildup, but the work was done cleanly and professionally. No mess left behind and no shortcuts taken. Final verdict If you want honest work, fair pricing, and zero sales nonsense, Duct Pros is an easy recommendation. I would book them again without hesitation.

Then, when I held back on paying the final bill until that was resolved, they unwarned put a mechanic's lien on our house. Also I'm nervous about their billing setup generally - it got hacked last year and I almost got scammed out of $11k. And during the job itself, they had to take the crew off of our job for an "emergency" somewhere else, leaving a big gap where there wasn't any progress while we had an active construction site at our house. I understand some level of scheduling issues but this was really frustrating. So overall, I'd say all of this put a really bad taste in my mouth, and I'd be really torn on whether to work with them again. The work was tremendous but I can live without surprise interruptions and liens on my house.

My daughter may only be two, but Scarlett fosters her creativity and it translates in how she interacts with others, holds conversations, and engages in independent play. Since starting daycare, my daughter's sleeping habits have improved and become consistent, she continues to adventure in trying new foods, and she has developed an interest and gentleness with animals. I have seen exponential grown in my daughter's ability to articulate her needs with words, as well as physically maneuver different spaces. She is excited to see her friends everyday and comes home smiling and singing new songs. We are lucky to have found Over the Rainbow Childcare. It has become an extension of our family and I couldn't imagine entrusting someone else to care for my daughter.

The rooms are all set up in a way to foster the kid's development and learning. Everything is so neat and clean, their sanitizing rules are always adhered to. Even the parents are asked to follow the procedures. I couldn't ask for more in a daycare. When he is happy, I am happy and that is all that matters. You can see that the teachers love what they are doing and this makes the environment very welcoming and enjoyable. I would never choose another school for my son. They have truly exceeded my expectations.

It is open to students, staff, and alumni of SFSU, and if there is space available they do accept children whose parents are not affiliated with the school. I have a special needs child and the school has made every effort to make the classroom accessible. They have really put a lot of energy into making sure she has a positive experience. There seems to me to be an emphasis on fostering a sense of community among the children and families. This includes having pot lucks, greening days, weekend outings, and family participation. Parent's must volunteer once a semester and can choose from a list of things that the school needs. For instance you can provide a snack for the teacher's meeting, mow the grass, or some other task that the school needs done. There is tuition assistance (that is provided by the ASI) for qualifying families. You must pack a lunch for your child as no lunch is provided by the school. However, they do provide two snacks a day and water is always available outside and inside the classroom. There is also a community fruit basket that each child is asked to contribute to which becomes part of the snacks. We have been very happy with this preschool. They have gone out of their way to provide services for my daughter and to make sure that her transition to kindergarten will be a smooth one.

We choose the premium Apple ecosystem because of the promised support, but our recent experience at this location has been an incredibly frustrating waste of time for both of us. On July 10, 2026, I brought in a pristine, base-model M2 MacBook Air stuck in a hardware boot loop. I explicitly informed the staff that I had already attempted multiple macOS reinstallations. Rather than listening to the customer, the store team forced me to sit there for nearly 2 hours while they repeatedly ran the exact same redundant software installations. Only after wasting my afternoon did they finally agree to ship it offsite. After waiting days for the depot repair, during which they replaced the logic board, battery, Touch ID, and USB flex cables, it is still completely broken. It continuously crashes and restarts within two minutes of logging in. The depot's automated diagnostics completely failed to verify a real-world fix. When I returned to the Stonestown store today, the diagnostic team confirmed the issue is still present. However, instead of honoring my active AppleCare+ subscription with a $0 Customer Replacement Unit, the store manager attempted to monetize Apple's own repair failure. She offered me a $390 trade-in value plus a $150 store credit. Accepting this proposal would force me to spend over $700 out of my own pocket to buy a new laptop just to replace a machine Apple's own facility failed to fix. Ignoring customer troubleshooting, wasting hours in-store on redundant steps, and then using a failed repair loop to push a retail sale instead of honoring a paid warranty contract is a deceptive customer experience. I am asking store leadership or corporate Customer Relations to step in, override this loop, and issue a straight hardware replacement under my active coverage.

I used A2Z Remodeling for renovating my kitchen in 2025, and highly recommend them…read more I chose to contact them because of their great reviews on Yelp. In the initial meeting with Project Manager Yves, he walked me through the process and answered my many questions. This was all very helpful as I have never done a kitchen reno before, and Yves demonstrated his knowledge and "can do" attitude. Yves also mentioned that the crew working on my kitchen would be dedicated to my project until it was done, a big plus in my opinion. After this meeting I felt reasonably confident that A2Z Remodeling was a good choice. Prior to contacting A2Z I had gotten quotes from a few cabinet makers, thinking that A2Z would only provide general contractor services. But A2Z also has a cabinet design service, so they provided a quote. The design created by A2Z's designer, Marissa, was great so I had no concerns there. However, the quote was less pricey than all the other quotes and I then spent lots of time researching cabinet construction, trying (with limited success) to compare the quality of the materials used in the different bids. A2Z's cabinet supplier is Kraftview out of San Leandro, and ultimately, I went to their showroom in San Leandro to inspect the cabinets in person which and that alleviated all my concerns, they looked great and were very high quality (plywood construction, soft close, full extension drawers, etc.). I am very happy I chose A2Z to supply the cabinetry, for two big reasons: 1) Their supplier, Kraftview, is local, so fast turnaround. Some of the other quotes were for cabinets manufactured overseas and it would take months to get them. And if there were any problems, months to get replacements. And indeed, there was a couple problems with cabinets that needed correction and A2Z was able to get things fixed with only a small delay to the project. 2) A2Z was fully responsible for the cabinets: They took the measurements, did the design, ordered them, and installed them. If there were any problems or unexpected issues they took care of it. Whereas if another company was supplying the cabinets I expect I would have had been a lot more involved in resolving issues. One example is that when the demolition of the old kitchen was done, there was an unexpected pipe sticking out of the wall which we had not accounted for in the cabinet design, A2Z took care of it. Another example is that one of the cabinet fronts had some slight damage on it and A2Z had it replaced, I didn't even know about that until Yves mentioned it after the fact. The cabinet design process went really well. Marissa was fantastic to work with. Her design was great out of the gate and she was very open to iteration, mainly me changing little nitpicky things, then sometimes realizing it was a bad idea and changing it back. I visited their showroom in Oakland many times and it was really nice to be able to talk things over in person with her, and she gave me a ton of great suggestions. The crew working on the job were top notch. As promised, it was the same crew for the entire time and they took care of everything: Demolition, Plumbing, Electrical, Inspections, Floor Installation, Cabinet Installation, Appliance Installation, Painting, Lighting. They were careful to keep things clean and not damage floor, doors or anything. They abided by the HOA rules, and I received no complaints from my neighbors. Along the way there were small hiccups and bumps, but nothing major and A2Z would take care of it. One example was that some of the cabinets arrived missing the grooves needed to install the LED lights, there were a few options on how to proceed and I thought we could make one of the lesser options works, but Yves convinced me that we shouldn't take shortcuts and we took them back to the factory to get properly fixed. Yves and the crew were very focused on making the whole process as smooth as possible and making sure I was happy with the results. Highly recommended!

We added a second story deck and knocked down the wall between our kitchen and dining room. There was excellent communication throughout the process and the crew worked hard and were very respectful. There were several complications, not because of A2Z but because of the age of our house, (there was untreated dry rot that was discovered and they found water under our house which impacted support beams). Our contractor Dror and the crew handled all the bumps in the road with good communication and fair adjustments to the price and timeline of the project. They also made sure that all of our expectations were met and were able to make changes or adjustments if we requested them. We would work with them again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors!

I was definitely persuaded by these reviews - and now will question every business that has 5 star reviews. Do your homework and don't be fooled. Project took much longer than what it should have because they were disorganized and would forget certain things (the foreman would even admit that the PM should have told me certain things!) that I would have imagined a contractor had down pat in terms of sequencing. They use some subcontractors and you are at the mercy of their schedules. They just are not organized (you will do a lot of the reminding, checking in, following up, and certain things still may not happen). They failed inspections meaning more cost (it is their job to pass these! It says this in any contract!) If it seemed as though I was questioning something, the PM got defensive and sometimes unprofessional, gaslighting me in a very aggressive manner. I saved the communication, in fact. The people I worked with directly were young and it showed in the almost-too-casual style of communication and lack of professionalism. I surrendered towards the end and just wanted the project done and everyone gone. I feel completely foolish that I went with the significantly higher estimate thinking it would offer a smooth, superior experience. The actual people who did the work worked hard though and did nice work - hence the two stars. But at the end of the day, it's actually hard to enjoy the work as I am reminded by the months of bad experiences - up to the very end. You can find more experienced contractors out there for equal quality of workmanship and for a more competitive price. I am using a different contractor now for other work at the property - it's a 180 degree difference - they have a dedicated team for my project, meaning time to completion is more accurate and on time; they have a dedicated person to procure the finishes and fixtures, not myself; they are way more organized and even provided me a timeline of what to expect and communicate with me what time they are showing up and what progress was made that day (!!); they are bringing a truly expert eye with attention to detail that ELEVATES the space and are teaching me to ask things I didn't even know I should KNOW to ask; and most importantly, I feel truly comfortable asking questions without defensiveness and aggressive steamrolling in their answers. I received none of this level of care or expertise with MHR, and I want you to know that you should expect these things!!!

I think the company is very picky on clients and like to see if they have enough money to pay for their service. If they think we cannot afford it, they will just cut all the communications.
