I also requested removal of a stand up freezer and washer, they adjusted the quote reasonably and arrived with a truck and an eagerness rarely seen these days. They are an adorable couple with tons of energy and upper body strength! They were able to clear everything quoted and even raked and cleaned up the spots. Will definitely hire again! I used this company a year and 2 months ago. It was a great experience. So this time I decided to…read morego back. That was the absolute worst mistake. My original quote was maximum 1800, my ending bill was $2470. I was promised a discount which I never got. Oh and not to mention the cost changing 3 times on moving day. So many of my items are ripped, torn, broken. I have an added insurance option A but they didn't email me the contract and won't respond to me filing a claim to be made whole. Their representative Daniel is a nightmare to work with. This experience had me in tears on my moving day. Please be careful with this company.
