After calling about 20 companies after our AC died Monday morning, Igor was the first who could fit us in. I was a bit desperate because I get ill in higher temps and of course it was 93 degrees outside and 86 inside. He diagnosed 2 separate issues in just a few minutes - a bad capacitor in the outside unit and a failed condensation pump inside, which caused some flooding in the basement. He had all the parts he needed and had everything fixed in about a half hour! Other companies had said they would come see what was wrong and then order parts and come back later. He asked if I'd like him to rewire the pump so the ac/heater would turn off automatically if the pump started leaking again and I of course said yes. No more flooding worries! We had a large 2-story addition put on our 1920's bungalow earlier this year. The uniqueness of the project made for construction, including the HVAC work, to have very individualized challenges. Igor met our General Contractor numerous times to be sure we could have a well thought out plan. He included me on any discussions to be sure the end result would be what we envisioned for our addition. After offering numerous options for heat and A/C with competitive pricing on each, he was able to add central A/C while utilizing the existing furnace for a considerable savings. We had electric heat upstairs in the existing home; he added new ductwork for that section, tied into the existing downstairs ductwork, and tied in the new addition upstairs and down. It was then set up as a zoned system for the entire upstairs and entire downstairs to heat and cool separately. Once we were almost done Igor actually recommended downsizing the A/C unit that we were quoted on and saved us a few hundred dollars. He required little down in the beginning of the project and was easy to discuss payment options as the project progressed. The best part of all this was that with his experience, Igor was able to complete this large project without cutting into the existing home and changing the layout or old home charm. He and his employee treated us, our time, and our home with respect and privacy as we lived in our home throughout the 6 months of construction. A few months after construction when it was time to turn the A/C off and start up the furnace we had a couple of issues with the new thermostat and adjusting dampers to have even heat. Igor promptly returned our calls and made it out quickly at no charge to make sure we were comfortable. He is a family oriented businessman that helped make a stressful 6+ months of construction as easy as he could. I highly recommend Igor and his team for any project you may have. read more

Fast Efficient & Knowledgeable. There's a reason these guys are in such high demand. They just know what they are doing. Most recently I had them install a gas fireplace and the work was completed in a matter of hours. Also a while back they put in a new high-efficiency gas furnace and heat-pump for me and it all works beautifully. If ever I need help with HVAC, this is the company I call.
