I saw Absolute Temp Control, they had good reviews, so I gave them a call. I met with John and told him what I was looking for. We went over the pros and cons of various system configurations. I went with a high efficiency system that had a great rebate incentive. Not only did they do an excellent install with great equipment, but he saved me some money. I too would highly recommend ATC to anyone who likes exceptional work, without the BS. It took a while to find somebody with integrity, honesty and a great work ethic, but it was worth the wait. We had a like for like swap making any sheet metal reworking unneccesary. With all 5 estimates, Fuse Service HVAC came in the lowest. Considerably lower! But we asked a lot of questions to make sure they would do everything you must do to do a proper installation and they checked ALL our boxes. They were VERY knowledgable to share different options....thanks Dmitri! They showed up a few days later on the scheduled date. There were only 2 installers there except Dmitri came a couple of time but didn't need to do much at all. ALL their installers have 10+ years installing. I checked to see the progress through the day and they never stopped except for lunch knowing exactly what they needed to do! Impressive! They were working in the garage, in the back w/ a new A/C condensor and in the hallway to install a new Ecobee thermostat. We paid for an upgraded one that has a separate sensor which we put in our bedroom for the thermostat to only take that reading to make our sleep more comfortable, a great tech for sure! So Dmitri from the start came across as caring to meet all our needs, a good guy the kind I can relate to. Very personable and yet professional! All people from Dmitri the owner to his crew were friendly and answered my many questions every time as I am a detail guy LOL. There was NOT ANYTHING that I could see that didn't look anything less than a TOP NOTCH INSTALLATION. To get a price even thousands below what most others quoted and getting a high tech Rheem furnace and A/C is delightful knowing that our exceptionally old furnace won't be quitting in the middle of a big cold snap. Thank you Daniel, Tristin and Dmitri for an EXCEPTIONAL job making this what could be a very stressful time an enjoyable time with no stress at all! Here are the facts-…read more I requested to be called by the manager, and received an email from a customer service instead. No attempt to resolve my issue was made. I think this speaks volumes about the company. They closed my claim without finishing the repair or my knowledge. The service call record (as in the email below) indicates they looked at my right oven (I have a double oven), but it was the left oven with the issue. I was present when the service tech was there. He quickly diagnosed the issue (I believe he said it was a faulty ignition pan that was firing to early, and said he would need to order a new one). The truth is that this company has trouble following through with service calls. They've wasted enough of my time with Pro-serve, but I suggest you never let them start wasting yours. (email below) Dear Mr. Waters, Thank you for contacting us today. We apologize for the inconvenience and intend to clarify our records and the Home Warranty service procedures. Below is a copy of our records regarding our last visit to your home: **10/30 BM out-Went to home spoke w/ customer about gas smell. Found gas smell to be in right oven. BM found igniter works, it just takes about 15 to 20 seconds to ignite burner. No gas leak and oven works within specs. No deductible, no repairs needed at this time. If there are problems with the oven at this time, the procedure is to place a work order with your home warranty; and they will assign us or another company to diagnose the unit under warranty. Regarding parts being ordered that would be up to your warranty company in this case. We suggest you contact them for coverage inquiries. Our technician communicates findings to them, and they are responsible for discussing their options with you. I apologize if this is the case and recommend contacting them to inquire about your coverage and/or place a work order for the stove issue. At this time, in our end, this claim is closed with American Home Shield; if you would like a technician to inspect, diagnose and orders parts for this repair without a work order from your home warranty company, you would be responsible for any repair parts & labor charges. Either way we would be glad to assist you! You may contact our office via email or phone to schedule a retail visit or contact AHS and place a work order; then, they will dispatch us or other company that will contact you for scheduling a technician visit. Thank you, Sincerely, Countrywide ProServ, Inc.

The techs they send are always kind and polite, calling when they are on their way to the house. The office staff works with you to schedule the most convenient time and when something goes awry, God forbid, they get someone out as quickly as they can. The techs update the check up list on the front of the unit, so we always know who was there to work on the unit.
