I wanted two fans installed and only ended up installing one fan for about the same price as the original estimate. Minus one star for the communication issue but otherwise the installation went well and now I have a working fan instead of a hole in the ceiling. I appreciate their flexibility with installing a fan they didn't sell me which saved me money in the long run.

For entire year I was having problems with heat blowing into our living spaces. Austin identified the problem quickly and informed me that the motor had been installed incorrectly and that it was running backwards!!!! His knowledge will save me a lot of money. They had never told me my ducts were dirty, never shown me my outside filter, and the place they put a filter inside didn't need it!! Why pay for the preventative maintenance program if it means nothing and they do not even clean and examine the unit? We had Precision Heating replace our home's furnace yesterday. Due to the design of the home, it…read morewas an EXTREMELY difficult job, but Victor and Tim did excellent work. The arrived on time, and completed the job by their estimated time. They made sure they kept us in the loop with everything critical that they were doing and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. They also put down heavy duty tarps between the house entrance and the job location so that they did not track in any dirt as they went back and forth to their truck as needed. When they finished the job, they made sure we understood what was still to come, such as follow up calls from the company and possible calls or visits from inspectors. They also made sure that records of their work were available for inspectors to review. On top of all this, Precision gave us a bid which was fair and affordable for us. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
