The frames ranged in price from lower end to higher end and once an Eye exam co-pay is added on and a Materials co-pay is added on, you may or may not find great value at this location but that depends greatly upon your vision plan. I could not imagine going to this location without vision insurance due to the out of pockets costs that I experienced "with" insurance. Each time, I was told they didn't know where the order was, that they would call the lab, and that I would call me back shortly. Most of the time, I never received that follow-up call, turning the process into constant phone tag with no resolution. As a result, I have been without glasses for over two months. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ultimately, I had to request my prescription and take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. I felt that Dr. Zolman was a great eye doctor, but I cannot continue without my glasses like this, and I regret having to leave his practice.
