I placed an order for glasses in October 2025 and, as of January 5th 2026, still have not received them. For over two months, I contacted the office weekly to check on the status. Each time, I was told they didn't know where the order was, that they would call the lab, and that I would call me back shortly. Most of the time, I never received that follow-up call, turning the process into constant phone tag with no resolution. As a result, I have been without glasses for over two months. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ultimately, I had to request my prescription and take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. I felt that Dr. Zolman was a great eye doctor, but I cannot continue without my glasses like this, and I regret having to leave his practice. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years. Dr Zolman is amazing. It is obvious that he actually cares about your eye health. All staff are friendly and the office feels nice and calm. Great selection of frames. read more

I've always loved Dr. Zolman and have never had any issues with the staff. That all changed when I recently took my daughter there. We went in December and she picked out glasses. I got a call back and was told insurance wouldn't cover the glasses, great, no problem. They said it would be 2 week after they order them to receive. I called in mid February and spoke with Dustina who said she forgot to order them. Again, no problem. Fast forward to June and I still have not received the glasses that were paid for in January. I've called at least once a week and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying the lab "lost them" I've yet to receive any information about a refund or when the glasses will be reordered or whatever. Meanwhile, my daughter asks almost daily about when her glasses will be here. This is not only theft, but insurance fraud. If you plan on ordering glasses I urge you to go through somewhere else. read more

Went there last August for our annual. It was our second visit. Dr. Zolman is great. His office staff out front, HORRIBLE! Initially nice and helpful, but when my son's glasses never came in I just got the run around. Called numerous times and they said the lab hadn't shipped his glasses. Asked them to please follow up on that (they said they couldn't give me the number to the lab). After multiple phone calls and rude customer service, I gave up on the glasses. Will not be going back to this office! PS... My son is still wearing 2 year old prescription glasses! read more

Had an appointment here and ordered contacts for a year supply and paid at the time of ordering over the phone and was charged at that time. A week went by and I never got a receipt, tracking information, or and confirmation of the order other than my credit card being charged. After a week of waiting, I called them and asked what was going on and they told me they'd call me back. They never called me back so i called back two days later and they were like "oh....yeah those contacts never sent" so its unclear if they never ordered them or what happened, but they then proceeded, without my permission, to place the order and send them a week later without even overnighting them to me. I would have never allowed that because I needed the contacts sooner and they didn't even expedite the shipping. I have now gone 2 weeks without contacts and I still dont have any yet I am still out the entire amount that they charged. Negligent and condescending when I ask for help. Promised me a "$25 amazon gift card" for the trouble which they then proceeded to refuse to give me. Horrible experience! read more

Initial visit was great - very attentive, answered all my questions, spent the time with me etc, everything a Dr is supposed to do. After that the service diminished greatly. Just answered my questions or sent messages through his assistants - and NO he wasn't busy with patients, otherwise I'd understand. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Zolman for at least 5 years now, and I always have an excellent experience. Since i drive myself - I can't do dilation drops and he has a camera that can substitute for the drops. He takes the time to discuss my films and explains where I stand in relation to cataract development. I always find choices of updated stylish frames. My new current pair is light weight and very comfortable. Also, since I work on my computer all day - he makes sure the lens have the right coating for computer work. Kudos to the team at Infinity Eye Care. read more

I would give 10 Stars to Dr. Micheal Zolman if I Could. I suffer SLK Eye Disease which makes your eyes really Dry. Dr. Zolman tried everything possible with bringing the inflammation down in my eyes. He would always listen to me and would use his expertise to help me. I been through 15 Eye Dr before I was referred to him. I traveled outside of SC for years trying to find some relief. I couldn't even drive for 2 years with this Disease. I felt like someone threw glass in my eyes every time I blinked I had eye surgery in SC with Dr David O'Day, Mt. Pleasant that cut a piece underneath my top eye lid that cut my nerve and finally told me he could no longer help me. Every time I went to his office by Trident Hospital, he always had new employees and I would have to tell them over and over what I was taking. I went to Duke NC that said yes, he ruined your left eye. I only wished I would have read his reviews. I remember him telling me to call him if it's a Emergency, well I did and the last time I saw him he pointed his finger in my face with my Mom sitting in the room with me and said, Don't ever call me unless it's an emergency. He had a girl which to me in Mt. Pleasant Office that was very Prejudice, she was black, which I am White and I always tried to treat her with respect . She called me one day and said they were going to mail me some eye drops. I said from where? She said that I can't tell you. I knew she was lying and very immature to be working in that field. I was put on 3,000 mg of Gabapentin for nerve pain damage to my left eye. Dr Zolman did some IPL treatments on my eyes and prepared my Autoglous serum tears for my eyes. I am actually the first Patient in SC to receive the new FDA eye drop called Meibo. They have to mail it to you because no pharmacy around here makes it. I called his office yesterday to let him know that they are working excellent on my eyes. Dr Zolman and his staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had my Eye Ducts temporary plugged to keep moisture in my eyes. Before I started going to Dr. Zolman I was referred to Dr. Grise. I forgot she punched a hole in my Moms eye to where she had to wear a tube in her eye for 6 months because she yelled at my Mom to be still and Mom said she could feel it when she did it. I forgot about that name and went to see her, I asked her if she could plug my upper eye duct and her reply was, I don't feel like it. I got up and said that will be my last time wasting my money on her. She had terrible bedside Manners. We saw that she changed to another facility probably because of bad reviews. I can honestly say if you need a good eye Doctor, Dr. Micheal Zolman is the Doctor you need to see. read more

Dear Infinity Eye Care, I have only had one experience with you, but I have had many, many...many...eye doctor appointments. I must say that my experience here has to be in the top experiences ever where my eye care is concerned. I tend to get a little anxious when it comes to the eye doctor, especially new ones, but I felt right at home during my visit. You have a lovely receptionist who was very helpful from appointment setting to payment to ordering new contacts. You offer all the latest in your field, but I never felt pressured to try any the optional tests presented to me. Dr. Zolman was nothing shy of wonderful. He never rushed me, he explained everything he was doing clearly, and he was smiling the entire time. He recommended a new brand of contacts that I am happy I tried; they have worked out great. The biggest perk for me is that you accept Care Credit. You are also close to my house, which is just another reason to rate you 5 stars. I have recommended you to others and will continue to do so. Thank you for making eye care so easy and stress free! I will be back when my eye prescription is up and when I run out of contacts. I can see clearly now, -Minta read more

If you are in need of an optometrist or looking for a change, Dr. Zolman and his staff is amazing. I personally look to support small business owners and I'm happy I went here. Super friendly, laughed and joked with me, I felt like I've been going there for years. Very thorough explaining my eye insurance and any copays. Dr. Zolman spent time with me and didn't rush through anything. I went by myself so the they even helped me pick out my glasses and yes they told me some of what I picked didn't look good. I highly recommend and you will feel welcomed the minure you walk in. Monica read more

I've been to two eye doctors prior to Infinity and I just have to say how much I appreciate this place. The doctor is such a nice guy who genuinely cares about his patients. He always makes sure I'm 100% satisfied before I leave and addresses all of my concerns (money, comfortability..etc.) not to mention that he remembers me and makes me feel welcome. Upon my first visit he explained I had high ocular pressure, which my other doctor's didn't tell me, and he educated me on what that meant and had me come regularly at 6 month intervals for 2 years to make sure that my eye pressure was not going to affect my sight or health (glaucoma). read more

I've never had such good customer service with my eye care before. My family and I were on vacation and I ripped a contact. I always travel with a backup pair. Except this time, apparently. I have a very high power and no doctor has ever had it in stock. The staff worked with my doctor back home on the phone and I was able to get a pair of lenses in minutes. If I lived in the area this is where I'd be going. Above and beyond. read more
