Instead of telling me they couldn't write a prescription without an appointment they had me wait, and wait, and wait for a call back i was told i would get but never came. During that appointment, Dr. Morabito informed me of his impending departure. Despite this, I chose to remain a patient, relying on Amelia's continued presence. However, during my appointment today, I learned that Amelia is also gone. I am deeply disappointed and will be transferring my care, along with that of my four children, to another provider. As patients and after insurance comes into play this office will be losing right about $375.00-$1000.00 per family member. Which three of us wear daily contacts. I strongly recommend the company reconsider this change and explore re-engaging Dr. Morabito and Amelia. Their expertise in patient care, especially regarding eyewear and contact lenses, was exceptional. I anticipate significant patient attrition as a result of their departure. Furthermore, I found the current office management (Blake) and the new doctor's experience to be unsatisfactory. I believe a review of the current management structure is warranted.
