So today, I was running an errand near Koreatown (while wearing my broken sunglasses) so I turned to search Yelp to see if there was a sunglass shop that would be able to fix them today while I was already out. Fast forward - I go in and drop my sunglasses off because they said they can help me! The little knob slipped off of the nose piece - said it was a quick fix and within 15 minutes I was already back in with a fixed pair of sunglasses! They said no charge because it was such an easy fix and I just think that's such an example of great business and them not taking advantage of customers... No service fee, no hassles, no surprise costs, no upselling.
