After waiting for 10 minutes I asked the receptionist to just take care of the box as I needed to leave. Then Brian asked what I needed help with. I wouldn't have been that way if you or others would have made your customers waiting around a higher priority. I asked to see the manager who helped me. She was phenomenal. Turned a 1 star visit into a 5 star.I will admit I could have handled the whole situation better.
